BUYER BEWARE - NO REFUND POLICY: (update at the end of this review, click my profile to read entire review) I brought my wife to Foot Solutions in Largo, FL hoping to find a quality pair of shoes that will help her walk. The sales pitch we received was impressive and she left with a $280.00 pair of shoes. Our excitement turned quickly to sadness when she discovered the shoes caused her so much pain she couldnt wear them. Living an hour away, we went to the store the following Saturday planning to return them. A sales person encouraged her to keep trying and made an adjustment to the arch. After another week of attempting to "get used" to the shoes, my wifes pain was just too unbearable. I kept encouraging her to try maybe an hour or so then to go back to her old shoes as the sales person suggested on the previous visit. On the last day she wore the shoes she developed a small split on the ball of her foot. Being diabetic she became scared and made it clear she would never put the shoes on again. She was very upset. I took off work and made the hour trek to the store again expecting to simply return them. "The shoes just did not work out," I explained. I was told very firmly and matter-of-factly that since the shoes had been worn, they would not refund them...period. I explained that they had encouraged her to keep trying on our last visit, but the manager was very cold in telling me that once we left the store we were "on our own." Basically she told me that my wife had the opportunity to wear them in the store before we bought them, but once she wore them outside the store they would not take them back. I explained that wed be willing to come back someday and try another pair, but obviously the little bit of profit they made on this one sale that clearly did not work out for us is much more important to them than having either one of us ever buy from them again. That is a red flag of a store that likely wont be open for very much longer as repeat business or customer loyalty is not important as compared to a quick buck in the moment. This morning, by refusing to take the shoes back and treating me as a fool and a sucker in front of their other customers for having my wife walk out of their store with a new pair of shoes, not only have they lost my familys business forever, I will definitely share our negative experience with everyone we know. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. .......................... In reply to the response: Had we known you had a NO REFUND policy we may or may not have bought the shoes, but at least we would have known in advance what to expect if they did not work out. You did not offer to "find something that works," you offered to keep adjusting the same pair of shoes. When the sales lady offered store credit I was pleased and wed still be a customer, it was when you looked up and sternly said, "No!" that I felt I was being treated rudely. We did go back on our first opportunity to return them and you made an adjustment that did not help. My wife tried very hard to get used to the shoes, and at this point we are not interested in further "adjustments" as they just plain hurt. As I said, the shoes just simply did not work out. We are talking about a pair of shoes, if they hurt, you dont wear them. All we asked for was a refund and I was treated rudely and as if I was unreasonable for asking. We did not know we were stuck with the shoes until I was in your store. "ALL SALES FINAL" would be an appropriate sign to post near your register.

I have been a customer there for the last 2 years and have spent around $700.00. I like a particular sandals that were helping me with my feet. I have bought them two times and I wanted to buy them again because the one that I have has been wore out. I went there today and I was very impressed with the way I was treated. I just want to buy the sandals and leave. I know my size and I dont need to try them again. Like I said this was going to be my 3rd time buying the same style of sandals. This person just talked to me in a rude way and with a dislike tone of voice telling me I have to sit and wait. The only thing I wanted was to buy the sandals and leave because I had to go to picked up my son. I really felt embarrassed. No way I will come back. At least she should have told me in a professional way.

This post is for my mother who is 89 and suffering from some foot issues. Lauretta was so very accommodating and helpful setting her up with a pair of shoes and inserts that will make walking more comfortable. Lauretta was very informative to explain what style of shoe, the sizing, and appropriate fabric that would ease any foot pain my mom has been suffering with. The shoes were ordered, arrived within a few weeks, and they fit perfectly. My mom is pleased with the comfort. I highly recommend this store, and all of the employees are very knowledgeable and able to assist. Thank you!

Last pair of diabetic shoes I purchased here and paid hundreds of dollars was anything but diabetic. It was flimsy with no enforcement and so cheap like the ones coming from China and awful . I wore it for a short time and decided never shop at this establishment. Now I see a guy paid $280.00 for a pair of shoes for his wife sounding the same as mine and was expected to return new. What a jerk ownership? as well as nonsense rules for return. I guess he expects you not to take it home and not to try them in order to remain new!!! Do you call this policy or deception of customers?

They have many styles to choose from and I enjoy have a shoe store which has the inventory in the back and they bring out the selections to you and assist you with trying them on. Both have provided me with solutions to my problems in the form of custom full length, 3/4 length arch supports and comfortable yet stylish shoes that excellent to wear with career wear and to casual venues. I like experiencing the true definition of customer service. The minute I entered the store I felt that I became a member of the Foot Solutions "family". Its not just that the products are well made, comfortable and look good on your feet.....its because the staff takes the time to listen so they can understand what shoe would be best for YOU and give your feet the ability to say "ahh". This is what I tell anyone who complains about their shoes/feet.
