I have had two experiences of ordering shoes and being told they would be in within the week. Never got one pair, been waiting since 4/07/16 for a pair. I am so frustrated as a member of Gahanna walking team, I promote this vendor continuously and try to go here to promote the community. What you should expect from a specialized store. They are VERY helpful here. They take the time to properly assess gait and size, and then they use their expertise to recommend a proper set of shoes. I know that sounds simple, but its not and youd never get this kind of attention and assistance at a big box. Love this place. Have purchased the last several sets of shoes for my boys from these folks (Gahanna location) and I would highly recommend it.

Ive had nothing but excellent experience here getting new shoes. Each time Ive purchased shoes, the employees will thoroughly examine my current shoes for wear, fit, etc. Theyll have several pairs of new shoes for me to try after they return from the back room. Also theyve asked me if I like what I have and any upcoming races Ill be participating in. The beauty of it is that they have never pressured me into buying a particular pair.

Big empty store with limited selection. If I want to order shoes, Ill just shop online. All they have is running shoes. That would have been nice to know before I drove to their store. The mobile Web page didnt make that clear.
