I went to Innovision because it was closer to my home and I had a horrible experience. First it took 2 months to get my glasses. The first time the manager tried to tell me they changed my prescription - since I brought my prescription with me I had to argue that they didnt change it. Then she said "you just need to get used to them"! Turns out the lenses were crooked - I could only see out of them if I tilted my head and held the glasses just right. After numerous attempts to get used to them, I tried to return them and pay the restocking fee, knowing I would lose my insurance benefits. They refused saying it had been too long! The supervisor actually hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I decided it was worth the 30 minute drive back to my original eyeglass store where I am treated with respect and kindness. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Avoid dealing with the supervisor of the office - she will not listen to you or respect your concerns.

Nice doctor but it was my second time in a row going and no one called to let me know I had to wait a few weeks for insurance to cover the exam. They actually didnt even check until after the exam and then said I had to pay out of pocket. Even the girl behind the counter said she was surprised no one notified me of that before the appointment. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We have been going to Innovision for about 1 1/2 years. It was a first time experience for my young daughter. First she got glasses, and has now returned for contact lenses. Everyone there is fantastic. They were so patient with her trying to get her contacts in and out for the first time. I highly recommend Innovision and all of their employees.
