My whole family has been going to this Walmart for years for our glasses. We have had great experiences with the staff. The staff has stayed pretty consistent over the years and one of the ladies in particular is very kind to my kids. They have always been great working with us finding the best quality in our price range. We have had to have glasses repaired and replaced for my son a number of times and they are always very helpful. We have also had problems on out of state trips and Wal-marts in different states have been very nice and repaired issues that they could. I wont buy glasses anywhere else.

I have a very strong prescription (-9.5) and the lenses I got from Walmart Vision were HORRIBLE. White colors would bend and turn red and blue, everything was distorted outside of the center of the lens. I had to argue with the staff until they finally refunded my money. I went to a small glasses shop in Clearwater and they made me excellent lenses with excellent vision and no distortion. If you have a strong prescription then stay away from Walmart for your eyes.

My glasses broke and I went to Walmart and was able to get my prescription glasses re-done for $9.00. I also got another pair of glasses adjusted while I was there so they fit better. I will also be ordering one other pair with a great frame I just purchased- for $9.00. All the staff- the administrative staff and the doctor- were very helpful. Thanks very much!!
