Dont waste your time dealing with these incompetent receptionist/secretaries. I spoke with the individual taking info for appointments nearly a month ago, but needed to call her back with additional information. I did about 2 hrs later but she wasnt in (lunch time). So I provided my information to another individual that was suppose to ensure that the information was submitted to keep the appointment. Needless to say, nearly a month later (20 days or so) and I called to verify because I didnt recieve an appointment reminder phone call. No appointment set and Im not in the system (but they already know my insurance information). I was like really! Im in urgent need of an vision exam and new lenses now Im suppose to wait nearly half a month. I selected this provider due to the reviews but now Im unselecting this provider due to the horrendous inexcusable experience. If you still do decided to go with this provider you should call and verify your appointment 2,3,4 times before assuming you have an appointment. Im going with a different vision provider. I dont have time to check and make sure someones doing their job.

Our family of 4 has been enjoying the wonderful service of Dr. Azzue and his staff for over 10 years now. Over the years Dr. Azzue and his staff have seen my children since about 10 years of age through glasses and contacts and eye health and all of the concerns that go along with that. He is currently working with my husband and me on dealing with our need for bifocals and advising us on how best to move into that stage of our lives visually. I will be continuing our annual eye appointments as far into my Senior years as Dr. Azzue will continue to practice. He is truly the most excellent example of what my family and I would want want in a Family Eye Doctor.

This place is amazing!! The staff here is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I lucked out and was able to get in to see the doctor the next day due to a cancellation they had. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I knew going in that I was going to end of paying a hefty price since my insurance wouldnt pay anything for my frames and very little for my progressive lenses. Dr. Azzue gave me 10% off the price of my frames. Now that may not seem like a lot to some people but the fact that he even offered is unheard of these days. The entire staff is great and I highly recommend Dr. Azzue.

My wife and I both had an eye exam and then ordered glasses on October 24th, 2012. We were told they would be in about 7 to 10 days. On November 7th, we were told that the UPS had lost the shipment. On November 13th, we were told that Hurricane Sandy was the real culprit? On November 26, we were told they were putting a "high priority" on the glasses and we should have them in two weeks. Imagine, on October 24th it was 7-10 days and now that they were "HIGH PRIORITY", it would take two weeks. Well, we did get them, 7 weeks after they were ordered! Never Ever Again!!!

After a terrible experience at another office I came to see Dr. Azzue. What a delight it was to have a doctor who took the time to listen and give me a full exam. The prescription that I had been given was wrong and Dr. Azzue corrected it. His staff were wonderful, treated me with respect and were very pleasant. I have glasses that actually fit now and a prescription that is correct. Goodbye headaches! They explained my options to me above and beyond what my insurance covered so that I could make a choice. I highly recommend this office!!

Best Advice
This was my first experience with Dr Azzue and his staff. They were knowledgable, professional and friendly. They made my experience a pleasant one so I felt great about going back to purchase an additional pair of glasses and prescription sun glasses. They have a great selection of frames and up to date equipment. I had the pleasure of using the computerized retna display so no dilation for me, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will refer them to all of my friends and family.

My family and I have been going to Dr.Azzue for years now.He is great with children and has helped me with numerous eye issues.I just had an issue a week ago and Dr.Azzue and his staff immediately responded and supported me.He was readily available and his staff was very accommodating.I 100% recommend Dr.Azzue and his staff for assisting me and taking care of another eye issue!I would reccommend Dr.Azzue to anyone looking for a caring & dedicated optomotrist!!

Wonderful thats all u need to say his great with all my kids my 2 smaller kids they love him thankyou .the girls r great also so friendly love to help u would recommend to everyone need more like this Dr he does free glass program and Im thankful as I have 5 kids .the 30 min drive is worth it to save $300 approx for glasses Vincent has a heart of gold thankyou from my kids and I. :)

Thankfully Dr Azzue has looked after my family for years. He discovered a serious blood pressure issue that I was totally unaware of and made me take immediate action that may have just saved me from having a much bigger health problem that day. His attentive professionalism and helpful staff are superb! Highly recommend him to all. Simply the best!!

I have been going here for years. I now travel from out of county to get my eyes check, order my contacts, and get my glasses. The staff is amazing, personable, and I wouldnt want to go any where else. Dr. Azzue has been my eye doctor since I was a kid and I wouldnt trust any one else near my eyes.
