I had an eye appointment and was prescribed bifocals. I was told the glasses would be in in about 2 weeks. I stopped by the office to get a written perscription and ask about the glasses and was told that usually it does take about 2 weeks. I waited for a phone call and called them after 4 weeks. They told me that they couldnt find anything on my glasses and would check into it and call me the next day. I called and left a message the next day, as I never heard back. I called again a few days later and was told that they still had not had a call back from the glass place. She said shed call me when she heard. I made a few more attempts to reach the office only to be on hold for 20 minutes and no one answering the phone. I called one more time the next day to be told that they still had no information. I told her I really needed these glasses. She said she would call the place again to check on my glasses. I asked when she would be calling me with information and she said that afternoon to let me know either way. I just now called, 2 days later, and this time I was not the understanding, patient person that I had been on the other calls. I had had enough and was getting very irritated by the run around! She asked to put me on hold, was gone about 5 minutes then came back to tell me that she had found my glasses. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone!

took the time to actually get to know me today, as a person...not just a patient. This man is not a sugar coater, and I love that. He has two offices one here in NPR and one in Hudson. He even works with people at times giving people discounts even at cost. If you need glasses or need your eyes checked. PLEASE go see him, He knows I dont drive, he asked how I was getting home and how I got there, I said the bus, he REFUSED to let me cross 54...I only live about a mile away.....his wife who also helps run both offices drove me home. I cannot praise him enough. Theyre so family oriented.

We went into this eye dr two times with two children and the Drs were very rude... Both times the kids needed glasses we didnt get them back for two months and we never received a call they were in. We had to keep calling them when they finally answered I was at the Hudson office speaking to a lady on the phone but she would not release the glasses to me because she said she was only there to answer phones. She then told me I would have to come back on Tuesday because that office is only open Tuesday and Thursday! WHAT A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM WHAT SO EVER!

Horrible place, the doctor was super rude, he was mean to the 2 people working for him and the patients waiting. He said that the regular eye exam wa as joke and got mad because that was all I was there for. He wanted to sell the one that was $70 and even though I had an appointment he didnt see me, until I agreed to pay for the other test and then he said, ok you are next. I asked for my documents and left. The doctor is a joke, zero professionalism and has no idea how to treat people. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or your money.

Will Not Go Back. Unfortunately, they have lost any future business with my family. Very rude to my husband, tried to con him into buying glasses and saying that our insurance does not pay for it. Wait was over an hour, very disorganized and Dr. was very preoccupied; constantly leaving the room.

This guys sucks I went in there to get my eyes checked up for contacts and I wanted to get daily contacts and he gives me the weekly one and I still dont have my prescription.
