If I could give zero stars i would. The associate Travis and manager Brett were awful to deal with. They talked in circles and would NOT give us a straight answer on why we were never told that the buy one get on free samsung galaxy s7 phones are NOT FREE! At a point in the conversation Mr. Travis, acted very snarky and talked over my husband and said " Dont put words in our mouth" because they couldnt explain to us why we are being charged for a free phone. WORST customer service ever.

Bo Price

A small AT&T store just off the highway. They have plenty of new devices on display for you to experiment with. The customer service here is great and they will help you walk through just about anything you could need. The visits here are usually much faster than you would expect, and you leave with the outcome you were hoping for.

NOT recommended. Saleswoman was huffy and rude, wrongly accused us of having an outstanding bill, then lied saying she could only transfer CONTACTS from old phone to new phone (pro tip: when lying about technology, make sure youre not talking to an ITPM). We left and went to another store where we were treated MUCH better.

I had an excellent visit. We do all our business with Rachael, she really knows her stuff. She is very respectful and courteous. Very sweet young lady. There R 3 members of my family that have phones with AT&T and Rachael takes care of the whole family. Give that girl a raise ! I give U all 5 star

Lying, thieving idiots! Sold me my phone outright but snuck in a payment for my phone on my bill and will not take it off. Terrible customer support. When I brought up the issue they told me to pretty much deal with it or go to verizon so thats just what Im going to do.

Honestly I never write reviews, but wow, terry and sincere were such amazing people, I had problems with my phone insurance upgrade, and they did everything they could to try to get it fixed for me, even though it wasnt their fault at all!! Such wonderful men!

Excellent service and I dont often give a 5 star review. I came in for a service issue. Travis handled the transaction. Other customers were waiting but I never felt rushed.
