Everytime they hire a new tech back in pharmacy it makes it much harder to pick up my prescription with ease obviously they make bad choices on who they hire for the simple fact their staff constantly is changing they seem like they really dont know what their doing really considering switching pharmacies there are good techs there I just seem to keep getting the new ones in drive threw.

This CVS pharmacy lacks organization. On 2 occasions, I had to return twice to pick up my prescriptions. They couldnt find the meds. On another occasion, they only gave me 15 pills in a 30 pill prescription. The drive thru clearly shows a sign stating full service. However, the 2nd line is just for drop offs.

My recent visit to this store was excellent! The new pharmacy manager, Mark ( I think) has really worked hard to provider better customer service and it shows!
