I was using this pharmacy for years. I was set-up to receive text when my prescription was ready for pick-up. I got a text to come get my meds, as I was pulling in there I got a call saying it was 2 days early and that I couldnt get until then. I told them that they had been giving me this medication every 28 days for the past 2.5 years and they admitted they did but this day they decided not to give me the medication after I received a text and drove 35 mins. I will never use this CVS location again. The pharmacy was rude, disrespectful, and un-professional.

Its no wonder why you have a 1.7 star review!! We just bought a new house up here in Pace. I was going to transfer my RXs over from the Pensacola store. NOT happening! The girl I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Ive been using CVS for years and hate to go somewhere else. I might just keep going to the Pensacola location but I will NEVER visit this store again!

Avoid this store like the plague, went to minute clinic and nurse practioner prescribed me a z pack, waited and waited for prescription to be filled turned out NP didnt order it, still waiting and waiting. Tried to get a Shingles shot at the minute clinic was told pharmacy had to do it, pharmacy told me that the minute clinic had to do it ??????? STILL WAITING. .......

I have been here numerous times and every single time they never deliver! They say it will take 15 minutes to fill and it ends up being an hour wait. One time i waited 4 hours for prenatals! I could have went to Walmart and gotten a thing of prenatals in 5 minutes. Thank goodness there is Walgreens across the street now.

Vast difference from one side of the street to the other. Minute clinic closes at 630 we get there at 615 there arent any other people and the doctors says I dont want to see anyone else today to me and my son. Funny how customer service has gone out the door. Cant wait for Walgreens minute clinic to open.

This place is awful. Waiting an hour in the drive thru and they didnt have it ready. The doctor called in the prescription two hours ago. Everytime I go here I have to wait forever! The CVS in target is better than this one but no drive thru. I have a little one so easier for me, I am switching to wal greens.

I can only speak from experience with the pharmacy walk up service. Theyve always been good about answering questions and the service has always been good for that section of the store.
