My husband went to this floral shop located at Waterford Lakes. He requested an arrangement with a dozen yellow roses, he was told initially that they were out of yellow roses, the clerk then went to the back and told him he found 6, so he proceeded to make the arrangement...during the process one of the yellow roses broke so he added 7 red roses. He explained that the blooms would open completely to full large roses in several days...well I kept the roses with water, added the product thet was provided with the arrangement exactly the way the man told my husband to. The flowers were kept in our home in which the temperature is always a comfortable 72 degrees... 4 days after getting my arrangement the flowers were already starting to die...the yellow blooms never opened and the red one hardly opened. I was so in love with the arrangement when I got it and is just very upsetting to not even be able to enjoy my flowers. I am a flower lover and I can say that these flowers were not fresh at all. I buy flowers from Publix and Costco frequently, and they last me at least 2 weeks. Very disappointing! Would definitely suggest the owners to make sure flowers are always fresh, because they will lose alot of customers.

Never again will I order flowers from FTD or any of those other sites! I had the pleasure of doing business just this morning with Elite Floral & Gift Shoppe, and the owner of the shop did not only provide fantastic customer service, but also provided a real personalized experience, which really helps in establishing rapport and confidence in the service and product provided. He took the time to help me find and create the perfect flower arrangement (today wouldve been my parents 44th wedding anniversary. My father passed earlier this year, but I still wanted to commemorate the anniversary and hopefully cheer my mother up at the same time). He helped me to create a smaller-sized arrangement that was tasteful for the occasion yet a lot more elegant than something I wouldve found on FTD. I also paid a good $30 less than I would have with FTD, and the flowers were very fresh. All in all, I was extremely pleased, and will be doing business with them in the future whenever flowers or plants are needed as gifts, or even if I just want a new plant or flower arrangement for my house.

There are two men: the marketer/manager and the one that makes the bouquets. The marketer/manager is very nice. The one that handles the flowers isnt very nice, but can make nice bouquets. Pros: They were able to accommodate me and my needs last minute, and even got to the shop a little bit earlier to work on my bouquet, which was very nice! The bouquet was very pretty (even though it was wrong) and I was overall very happy with it. Cons: The man that handles the flowers seemed very very lazy and did not want to help me choose what kind of bouquet I wanted (and I had no idea what types on bouquets I could purchase) and did not want to accommodate to my last minute needs (even though they did). I wanted peach and white flowers, and I did not get any peach flowers in my bouquet! Nor did they say anything about how it was wrong. If you choose this place, just be weary that it may not be exactly what you were expecting. Although, it will probably still be very nice.

Great visit. Talked with the owner about the history of the shop, the selection they have of flowers, the importance of customer service, and opening a shop in a second area. Excellent customer service, and the only florist I have found in the area that truly knows flowers, is willing to make exactly what you want, has the right flowers on hand, and can help you better understand what you are getting. Obviously, it is easier to write bad reviews than it is good ones. No business, shop, employee, or owner is perfect, but these guys really try hard to keep customers coming back. This is not a Wal-Mart florist, so I would not expect Wal-Mart prices. You get what you pay for. I recommend getting to know Banalay (the owner). Very knowledgeable. You do not stay in business for that many years without having people come back. I will be a repeat customer.

From start to finish, everywhere in between, an excellent consumer experience with Janette at Elite. An east coast-west coast telephone transaction managed professionally in every possible way -- worked within my budget, guided me patiently thru the decision process, allowed for a generous extra touch or two, emailed a photo of the completed arrangement & followed-up to insure I received the pic. Even the driver called to confirm that delivery had been finalized. I didnt ask that any these kindnesses be extended to me -- they were offered as part of the gracious, full-service experience provided by the owner & staff at Elite Floral & Gift Shoppe. Never underestimate the pure power of CUSTOMER SERVICE done well!! BTW, the flower arrangement was A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Thanks, Janette & Staff --

Thank you, staff at this wonderful floral shop, for helping me with the delivery of an orchid to my family in Orlando yesterday. Using the internet only, I located this shop, talked with the owner who assured me my flower would be delivered promptly and that he had just what I was looking for. Just three hours later I received a call from their delivery person to let me know the orchid was successfully delivered, and that she had sent me a picture of the arrangement. Later that day, my family called to let me know the orchid is gorgeous. I couldnt be happier with the way this transaction was handled and I recommend this florist to anyone locally or from as far away as I am. Thanks. .

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I wouldnt even give them a star if i could. I asked them if they could make a delivery on valentines day at 11:00 because the card would have the next clue to a place my fiance was suppose to go. 11:00 came around and no flowers. Next day rolled around and still no flowers. I called and the owner had the nerve to say "This happens all the time to many florists." I replied, I put my trust in you and you told me "IT WILL BE DONE." He responded by saying I can send the flowers now but you still have to pay. After that I vowed to myself not to let any other person use this florist if at all possible.

Ordered flowers, gave them the $$ I wanted to spend. They squeezed me for about $10 thatn I asked for to make it "look nice". They charged my card, THEN called me back and said "Oh sorry the manager said we cant do it for that price". This is obviously a RIP OFF scam- wouldnt you check prcing BEFORE you charges someones card?? Then they tried to tell me if we add another $10 we can do it- so I said forget it and cancelled the order and went to Harrys Famous Floris and got exactly what I wanted for UNDER what my original budget was. So much for the customer being right at Elite Florist- what a rip off- BUYER BEWARE

I came in just to talk to the florist about ideas and flowers that will be in season for my wedding. The man I talked to wouldnt even let me speak. He was telling me he couldnt even talk to me about anything because my wedding isnt for another two years. I just wanted to see what they offered and have a conversation so o can start getting ideas. He was so freakn rude!!! Horrible customer service. I had read there is a nice guy and a guy that is not so nice...good luck with whoever tries to work with this disrespectful man..
