I WISH WISH WISH there were no stars, seriously. This florist completely ruined the kind gesture my husband attempted. My husband, who is currently in Afghanistan, placed an order to send me flowers because I had a horrible day. He went through Teleflora and was assured that the flowers would be delivered by close of business. Well, he received delivery confirmation at 4 pm and sent me a text, guess what.. there was NO DELIVERY. He was extremely irate as his surprise was ruined. I called Teleflora on his behalf as he emailed me all of the info. Teleflora of course had THE WORST customer service ever! They called this florist who stated "the flowers are en route" This was at 4:30 pm. Well I found out the florists number and called and I was told "I am so sorry we only have one driver, your flowers are here and the driver is on the way back to the shop" okay fine. Waited, waited, waited, still no flowers. Teleflora called me and stated they called the florist AGAIN and was told the flowers were "en route". This was at 5pm. It is now 730pm and still, no flowers. The florist is closed. They have $70 of my husbands money. They surely know how to RUIN something special. I would strongly advise that you use a different florist if you want honesty and customer service. My husband is a brave man who serves his country and this is what happens when he tries to cheer up his wife. BTW... this place is only 9 miles from my house so they could have walked the flowers here in the time that they have been lying about delivering them. I even have proof that they said the flowers were "hand delivered" at 3:59 pm. Which Teleflora has confirmed that only the florist can do, purposefully and intentionally. This was not an accident, it was intentional. They do not get the $$ from Teleflora until they confirm delivery. So needless to say. I had to call Teleflora back wait on hold for 40 minutes until I got a supervisor to cancel the order. Thanks to this HORRIBLE FLORIST.

The service provided at The Flower Nook is impeccable, and fast!!! My daughters prom is this evening and she had no corsage & boutonniere. I searched the web for florists and The Flower Nook came up as one of the three nearest locations. I called all 3 locations and The Flower Nook was the only location that was able to fulfill an on-the-spot order of a matching corsage & boutonniere set. She made such a beautiful set in UNDER 11 minutes...now thats excellent customer service in my eyes. My daughter loves it and I am completely satisfied with their work. Thanks a bunch Flower Nook!!

I called in an order with only one days notice and picked it up the next day. The Zen arrangement was even prettier in person than the photo had shown it; the orchids were fresh and had a large number of blooms yet to open. The people in the shop were friendly, and helped me get the flowers to my car and secure it so that it wouldnt fall or get damaged. Over all it was a very good experience, and I will use their services again. I cant wait to present these as a hostess gift tomorrow at Easter dinner.

My experience has been horrible with this company!! I called and arranged some bears and greeting cards to be delivered to my wife and they never made it. I tried calling them and they never answered. It says theyre open today and nobody has answered the phone. So if I were you I wouldnt use this company! Oh I forgot this is the second time Ive used this company and the same thing happens both times! Never again!!!

I visited other local florist but Mr.Jose and his son took the time to meet my needs and the delivered my request on time and in a flawless manner. Wonderful experience! Ordered three artificial flower arrangements for display in a local theater and called many local florists, but only this place had a reasonable estimate. So glad we went with the Flower Nook! They created three beautiful flower arrangements for a great deal, plus the compliments from our guests have not stopped!

I was nervous the flowers would get there later than I needed it and it didnt! It arrived plenty on time and looked beautiful. The flowers looked fresh and the regular bouquet was plenty beautiful and more than enough flowers. My mom was happy and loved her flowers. Definitely recommend!

My nephew ordered me some flowers from South Korea for my birthday while in the Army. The whole arrangement was cute as a button. Being 31mins away from my home I was surpised that they delivered that far. Definelty a plus as moat places will not. Sorry I am unable to post a picture.

The Flower Nook was great! I went in with not much direction of what I wanted except "something with Tulips!" and within the hour I went back and picked up this great set of yellow and white tulips that my wife loved, for a great price! Definitely recommend The Flower Nook!

They told us 1:30 and and its 3:00 and there still not ready! The flowers are wilted. There dead. The guy was rude
