Horrible. I went in today for a few things, when i was ready for check our there was only 2 registers opened.. Mind you both lines were completely packed a near by employee told me i can check out at the customer service desk. When I went up , both ladies were in the back room i assume counting money?.. When one of the ladies ( dont know her name because she didnt fully walk out) told me i need to wait. That is when i asked if she can call someone to open another register. She then walks back into the room and starts talking to the other girl whos name was laura . little did she know the door wasnt completely closed as i could hear her mocking what i have asked her to do by calling me foul names . After waiting another 25 mins while they just sat in the back looking through the glass smiling away and talking to each other laughing a line began to build . once laura came out she was absolutely the rudest employee i have ever came across. As far as the other black lady that she was in the back room with. Never will i shop here again . RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Used to be an employee, was on my phone checking make sure people I cared for were okay and stuff. And of course was Fired by this new Manager. This is the very first time I checked my phone when we werent busy, also not to mention Gnome which I did which was kind of like a class work for Employees by answering questions and stuff, not one question asked about phones. So thats their fault on their end. Ive been working there about 2 1/2 years, barely got any Hours I always got only 2 days anyways. The people I worked with are great, but the Manager, Im not caring for so much. At least the food and products there are good.

The folks that work there are nice and helpful, but they need to be seeing that its hard to find what you are looking for quickly and may need to ask someone to point you in the right direction. Prices are good and the quality of the fresh products are great. They dont have as big of a selection as other grocery chains.

Has a lot of variety and choices but its starting to look rundown.....inside and out. Most employees are there just to collect a paycheck. And company policy is to close the Customer Service area (2 hours) before the store is closed? Really? No worries...I will be spending my money at Publix.

This store is always well-lit, well stocked, fresh, and great prices! Everything is easy to find and if not, the employees are always very helpful in giving you a hand. Even the shopping carts are well taken care (very few, if any, wobbly tires).

Out of sale items, small variety and long waits to checkout. The fresh meat department had not brought out the fresh fish. I guess i need to go later in the day but less selection the later it gets in the day.

I absolutely love Winn-Dixie. Best meat department out of any competitor. Just moved back from CO and there were 2 things I couldnt wait for. A Publix sub and juicy steak from Winn-Dixie.

Not a very busy store. People are nice. Deli needs a lot of work. Liquor store ladies are very nice. My son gets upset bc there cookies are small and the wing bar is never full.

I love this place. Winn-Dixie has unique and quality items I cant get anywhere else, a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, and at half the price of snobby stores like Publix!

Good service, sometimes long lines. Food tends to sit out in deli area for a long time under warmer. Staff very helpful. Dry groceries are on par with any other Winn-Dixie.
