Always take care my needs but today a manager or assistant manager 07/25/2017 on naranja, Fl This person put me at lease for 30 minutes in waiting on the phone just to find out if my parts arrived. Because he never get back on the phone I decide to pass by the store and on my way someone in less them a minute pick up the phone and verified my parts was ready for pick up. This person know me and after I wait again in line to pick up my parts he not even said sorry or non to me actually he talk too much on the job. Always talking about everything but not the job. Is sad I have to work fast and need to. R able to manage my time for work but if i have to go to this store and this person is there I have to wait a lot longer because his paciente. Not good

I absolutely loved the help a red shirt gave me on 04/30/2014 I came from napa auto parts in homestead like around 6pm where they were rude to me and my husband I left and past a couple autozones before I got to this one and decided to stop well there was a young man named miguel he was an awesome help to us he took the battery out of the car helped us get a great 5 year warranty battery was kind enough to put it on our car he put the grease he advised us to get for the terminals and off we went he was a sweetheart to us for that ill always go back to this autozone never napa again they disappointed us thank you autozone

Tiene los anuncios de que se puede llevar Free para reciclar el aceite de motor, transmission fluid, baterías, y cuando llegue a dejar mi transmission fluid, me dijeron que sólo el aceite reciben

Brought a few unopened items back with receipt after one day. The store manager sent me to another store saying returns from other auto zones he cant scan in his store. He can only scan returns from his store! With three vehicles & a bike, I shop in auto zone every few weeks....corporate said theres no individual system!

It was awesome the lady that works there screamed at me like a horse , and then she put the scanner on my car, after that my car runs better she fixed the car for free ,I wont go back to advanced ever again
