Frequently known as the "Ghetto Walmart" of Naples. It lives up to its name. Lots of vagrants around, inside and outside. Parking lot SCARY at night. Druggies hanging out in the parking lot... Where is the store Security ? There isnt any.....So they have to call the Police... Nice Staff... 99^ of the Haitian employees cant speak/understand / or want to understand English. At midnight when the computers go down for nightly updates, YOU WAIT IN LINE..... Absolutely unreal.. Ive waited 20-30 min at times for 1 cashier to check out. Sometimes there have been NO cashiers at midnight... So there I stand pondering.... As usual typical Walmart, Customer Service is horrid. The Customer is the last thing the store thinks of.

Very dissatisfied with this store.I ordered through the Wal-Mart app and had my item shipped to this store. I get the confirmation email saying it would be ready after 6pm on Sept 27th. The day of the 27th I get an email around 12pm saying my order has been cancelled because I didnt pick it up. Huh!? How could I not pick it up when supposedly it wasnt going to be there until after 6pm on Sept 27th? Sounds like an employee took it and cancelled my order. I guess they werent smart enough to think to order themselves. So I call customer service and they basically cant help me with this. They can reorder but I cant get overnight shipping. So no worries, I ordered through Amazon and got it cheaper and they will overnighted it

Corporation. No care for the average employee, Minimal Employees working each shift, NEVER more than Two Register Lanes Open At Any One Time! Slow service. Great with returns, No Trouble as some other Corporate Brand Stores will give! Good prices. Cheap products. Everything is made in 3rd World countries, literally supporting their societies! China, Taiwan, Mexico, India, Bangladesh, Philippines. Products rarely made in USA.

Horrible customer service. Waiting on electronic department for 15 minutes nobody help me they call over the intercom and still nobody. I will not recommend this walmart. Horrible, bad, nasty customer service. Complaint before and still the same. If you go to the fabric department even worse the lady that works there always in the bad mood (Spanish lady) no education at all.

The Staff of the Security Department, (especially Nick), went above & beyond the call of duty for some out-of-town folks today. Additionally, the Front-End Manager Michael was a pleasure to deal with. - I commend them for taking the time to help some very frightened people who lost their wallet. I will never forget their patience and kindness during this tense situation.

They never honor the price markef on some of the shelves. Got a nptr book said 3 dollars rang up as 7 told shelf said 3 instead of looking just argued. Didnt by it or anything else this happens alot at this store. Market Place is much better.

By far the worst wal mart Ive ever been to.... for starters theres carts always all over the parking lot, bathrooms look like they never been cleaned, people soliciting outside the store, and the service was horrible..... bad unsafe Walmart

Fairly typical Walmart located right off a main road. One of the larger ones Ive been in, with a liquor agency attached to it (so beer, wine, and some liquor is available). Perfect place to pick up stuff before hitting the beach.

The slowest worst managed walmart Ive ever been to. The managers walk around talking while leaving only a few registers open. The line have to get way out of hand before god forbid they stop their BS session to open more.

Its great. It may be an "offbrand target" but if you need to quickly pick up something for your bathroom, bedroom or kitchen it great. It sells clothing, toys, decor and and school supplies you may need.
