They deserve zero stars!!! But that is not a option. I went there looking for a parachute bonnet because the other queen beauty supply on Pembroke road wouldnt have it until next week and I needed it asap. As soon as I walked through the door I wasnt greeted and I asked the Spanish girl for help and she already had an attitude and I insisted I needed to see the product out of the box so I can make sure its the right bonnet instead of getting the wrong one that is too small. She proceeded to open it and after that she said i had to buy it because she opened it and no one else would buy it. Wtf? I kept my composure and kindly told her I didnt want that color bonnet and just wanted to check if I was getting the right brand. The girl said she opened and I "had" to buy it now and got an even bigger attitude. She basically forced me to buy a product I didnt want, but because I didnt want no issues I just bought this $3.00 ugly red jumbo bonnet that "I didnt want"! I will NEVER come here again. Staff is rude, ghetto, unprofessional, incompetent and have no customer service experience! I shouldve known better seeing as the area it is in and the uneducated ghetto individuals working there. I will go out of the way to make sure I only go to Queens Beauty Supply on Pembroke road any day!!!

Dont bother with this place. There is a much better beauty supply store on Pines and Hiatus in the Publix Plaza. The man who worked here was incredibly rude. When my family member simply inquired about the price she had to pay, he immediately gained an attitude. She was a bit confused because nothing is listed properly on their receipts, and was trying to figure out what she bought to add to the price she was quoted. He then had the nerve to comment "youre that old, and you cant do your math? Whats wrong with you? Its 37!" Honestly, for someone who is trying to get me, the customer, to spend my money, you need to do a better job and have a better attitude. His attitude was absolutely inexcusable, and I will never return again. I recommend you do not either.

Terrible service ! Walked in at 8:50 & they tried to kick me out and tell me it was closed , never going back. I felt uncomfortable & under pressure while every worker stared at me as I tried to make a choice. They did not even have the color hair I needed. If a store closes at 9 I should receive good service UNTIL 9.

I agree with another review, the men can be very rude. Ive spent my last dime in this place. Unsure how they are surviving with such bad attitudes. I will continue to go to the beauty supply store at the corner of Pembroke Road and Flamingo
