The front end staff is largely a bunch of miserable grumpy unhelpful and disinterested women. Especially the checkout girl who thinks shes in charge of the place. (If she is, she ought not be) While i stood there and waited to be rung up, she announced on her little store microphone earpiece that a particular customer was obviously stealing and that everyone should watch this guy (who was with his toddler son BTW) and whomever rings him up should go through all his boxes carefully. It was just very unprofessional and uncouth. I dont even think im going here anymore. I can get all this crap somewhere else. Or online and delivered. My friends have made similar remarks.

Very clean store! The layout was smooth and the atmosphere is really elite compared to all my visits to other hardware stores in the area..especially home depot. Management is top flight and really easy to do business with..honestly this store is run flawlessly and definitely is a great place to buy tools..especially because prices are great! Definitely Merritt Islands top hardware store. Its so well presented that I put in an application! Trust me just walk in the store is big and clean with tons of choices! I have no idea why this place has almost no reviews, its fantastic!

I purchased a 21 gal air compressor last year... I only use it occasionally for pumping up tires and what have not... I turned it on and nothing happened. I will not buy another compressor from them ever again. So if your are contemplating a compressor dont do it. Of course I didnt purchase the extended warranty because Ive had many compressors in the past and they have NEVER given me problems like the one I bought from Harbor freight tools. Pretty expensive learning experience for me.

I always go there to buy my husband stuff and get the best savings most of the time I wait till the big ticket items are on sale which usually are if you wait but if you cant their prices are still good and to the gentleman that complained about his compressor thats what warranty are for its not that much and well worth it because you never know when it will go out Ive had it happen even when you buy it from home Depot or somewhere else and there they hold up there warranty .

Everything seemed really nice, and new, and cheap. Everything imaginable for working. Mechanical advantages. Clean bathrooms. Helpful staff. I talked with the supervisor, he answered my questions without hesitation or irritation. The only reason I took a star off was because of the lack of seating to rest my weary rear end.

The selection is somewhat limited at this Harbor Freight. The staff can be hit or miss on whether they know where a product is.
