By far the best hardware store I have ever been in. When you walk through the front door you are almost always greeted by someone asking if they can help you find someone. Unlike Lowes, there employees know where everything is in the store and are very friendly. They also go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. When I went to buy some nuts and bolts, the hardware worker counted them out twice to make sure I had the right amount, the screwed each nut onto a bolt to make sure I didnt get home to find out that one of the threads were messed up. I wouldnt have even thought of it, but it saved me a second trip because he found one nut that wouldnt screw on just right and discarded it. Other examples include employees carrying large items to my car for me, and being especially friendly towards my 3 year old who often shops with me. One employee, after asking permission, even brought him a freshly popped bag of popcorn to eat while he waited for me to check out.

Too bad no stars is not an option. Today in their hardware section I experienced being ignored while two employees carried on a conversation, and then they walked away while I was waiting for them to finish. Once I got their attention, and told them what I wanted, they exhibited a complete lack of interest in helping me. And for this one pays twice as much as at Lowes or Home Depot?

I am not a big hardware store guy but when you walk into this store you are surprised at how nice it is and how well run. They have lots of stuff that a typical hardware store does not like furniture, etc. A great place to get the usual essentials but worth checking out to see if they have other items you might need. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Nicest Hardware Store employees Ive ever found anywhere. Bar none. Very reasonable Propane prices. When you walk in the front door with your bottle, they take it and tell you to have a look around, theyll be right back with your bottle in 10 min.
