I went there to get a tattoo, miguel was the artist I had spoken too and we agreed on a price and size. Now I stated I wanted it to look EXACTLY as it did in the picture. Miguel was patient and courteous, however the result that I had received as a Tattoo looks like a cheap jailhouse version of the picture that I had brought in to him. I was extremely dissatisfied at how he cut corners and treated me like a second rate customer. No Pride in his work at all. More concerned about the money than pleasing the customer or providing a quality result. I would and will suggest none of my peers and friends to go to this establishment.

Huge disappointment going to this shop the had a guy named David tattoo me he was doing a cover up was tired and asked to finish the tattoo in the following week I said ok called and called the guy go to the shop owner tells me yeah he was doing herion in the bathroom and he is in rehab now I ask about my tattoo that I already paid for they said yeah we can fix and finish it for a couple hundred more NO very unprofessional they should have fixed it and finished it no questions asked expecily after letting a drug addict do a tattoo so now I have a horrible mess on my arm that I have to pay to have fixed

As soon as I went in I was greeted by the front desk person and I was taken care of in a timely fashion. She explained to me the right way to clean my nose and the duos and donts. I was then introduced to Eddie who was my piercer and he was magnificient. He explained what he was doing step by step and took care of me in a well mannered way. They are very professional and Im glad this is where I went to get my nose piercing.

Most of the staff is rude unfriendly beware of their sign behind the desk that says no money back on deposits which they curiously left out of any YouTube video that have these guys want deposits for tats they are shady there is plenty of good tattoo shops in Fort Myers you could probably throw a rock and hit a better place I will never recommend anyone I know to go to this establishment

Had some enhancement work done on an existing tattoo, and couldnt have been happier with the final result. The staff are very welcoming, and the shop is really clean. I would definitely recommend you take the drive out to Lehigh Acres to at least talk to the staff, if you are considering a tattoo.

Got a double cartilage piercing today by Eddie, and had gotten 2nd lobes done by Billy a long time ago. Clean environment, very nice staff. Definitely recommend!
