Upon walking in, there was a big case of hot dishes that you could take home, so you dont have to cook. Thats always a good thing! The problem was that there was no way to identify what they were. Okay, I was able to recognize the roasted chickens, but outside of that, it was pretty much a guessing game and it didnt seem like anyone spoke English much better than I speak Spanish. We did recognize some kind of curry and a beef dish, but that was about it. Im hoping that theyll change than when they have time to think. The produce was fresh looking (except the oranges looked a bit funky) and reasonably priced, especially compared to Publix. There was a good sized fresh fish case and the fish looked very nice and fresh. The same was true of the meat case. They arent as big as the ones at Broward, but they still had a respectable collection. There is also a case of pre-packaged meats. All in all, this looks like its going to be a good place to shop - especially if you speak Spanish.

I have being going to this location (Lauderhill #33)since they opened,always going to the cafeteria and the supermarket itself never never had a problem before,but cashier yamile (the most rude person I have ever seen in a peoples place)I think it is her name was extremely rude,no manners,doesnt know how to talk to people and cursing me out for no reason,I was only trying to explained her that the person in front of me was not in the line before me and she still took them and with the security person where very unprofessional,then I went to talk to the Spanish girl manager and she was very polite then she directed me to the store manager who refused to pay attention to what I was bringing to his plate and also refused to give me his name (gerson was the name they told me for him)and the corporate office number.i love to go to this place but after that experience I will never go back again,you guys need to train your people better in customer service because no customers no business.

It rather seems to be a poor implementation of loss prevention policy that I always happen to be targeted for walking in with a small backpack everytime I like to make a quick purchase of fruit. I understand the business‘ perspective, but its disappointing to feel barked at and even aggresively pursued by the security with an unfriendly attitude everytime I walk in. If anything, it seems rather sexist that no woman, even bringing in rather a large purse, would be even subjected to this. I rather just quit my business with them than taking this any further.

WE SHOULD HONOR OUR MONEY AND STOP SHOPPING AT THIS STORE THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY. SO, IF YOU ARE GETTING A SERVICE THAT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY DONT SHOP THERE. TAKE YOU MONEY ELSE WHERE SPEND THE EXTRA BUCK FOR QUALITY SERVICE. MAKE THEM EARN YOUR MONEY. prices are very good BUT location is always in need of a mop and broom maybe its the volume they do have a LOT and I mean a huge customer base. All in all if your Caribbean and love your Caribbean must haves its probably at this location their prices cannot be beat. Beef up customer service and more English speaking friendly persons and they would be the envy of all.

Rude, rude, rude. No customer service and this is why big chains like Publix will always be #1. Good customer service is the key for return customers. I called on New Years Day to see if they were open to avoid making an unnecessary drive and the employee answered and said "thats why Im answering the phone". Employees need orientation on good customer service.

I gave four stars because I can find what I need because they have tried hard to have things available, and prices are within my budget when on sale. However, some of the Cashiers are not polite at all, some are very stern when speaking to customers, especially the creole speaking ones. Other than their lack of good customer service, I do like to shop there.

I purchase vegetable in the bag on Saturday on sunday they were spoil, return then i was told by the manager that they will not change them, even though they have their logo, i had to throw $9.00 away. The managers need to be train on good customer service, their attitudes are unbecoming. Very poor behavour, unfriendly, rude and unprofessional

This supermarket is a good place to shop if you are on a buget. Every week there is a sale on different popular items, my friend and I were talking the other day that they must have a stake in Grace company because they have a lot of their items on sale such as their water crackers for under a dollar. You wont be disappointed if you visit.

While there are good deals for the Latino and Caribbean communities , the customer service sucks ass especially , the meat section. I told myself I would never go through the disrespect Ive been through yesterday. I will never go back to that store I rather spend my money At Publix where my shopping is there pleasure.

Horrible customer service and dirty. But it is cheap and easy so I tolerate the rudeness and bs. In addition you cannot find corporate because it is a cooperative of sorts and no where to complain as if they would even give a sh*8888t! Shame they cater to the third world mentality

This is my second time and no more. Rules are broken , favoritism shown , and no"helping the customer" is sporadically shown.. this includes the managers. There are plenty of choices other than this store, for the same prices.Pick one of them before you come here.

went to this market today, it was clean and prices are ok. they do not accept prepaid gift cards at checkout and it is not posted anywhere. the manager would not even give it a try. she was a bit rude, and it seemed they did not care if we shopped there or not.

This is the worse shopping experience I ever had, rude stores employess getting into arguments with their customers. A store employee yelled at me and was sweeping the trash into my pathway as I shopped. No one speaks english never will I shop here again.

The worst supermarket ever in a single day I called least 10 time no one answered and when they did finally answer I was on hold her 15 minutes and they did not care about me being on hold for a long period of time.They do have very good deals

Good prices but the language barrier will make you think you crossed the border. Meat depending on what you get can be of good quality and very affordable. Bought short ribs during special-was disappointed by the amount of fat left on the meat!

Its obvious that they are taking their reviews seriously. The store is alot cleaner than my first shopping experience. The quality of the products are better. I shop there for bargains. Its my first stop when I am buying fruits and vegetables.
