I ordered subs and called to verify the order was received. I should have know that this was going to be bad when I was on hold 10 minutes for thr deli... 10 minutes later i finally got someone to answer. I stated that my husband was inside in the line and when the got to them if they could just make it then. They stated yes, but just tell him to inform us when he gets here. He went inside and informed them that he was there to get the subs...He waited 25 minutes and they skipped him 3 times u til he finally lost his paitance and told them forget it. I called the store and was placed on a 5 minute hold for a manager. David was on the phone and I explained what had happened instead of him saying let me go find out whats going on he said well maybe there were others ahead of him....wow... what great customer service. ...NOT... Will never go to this Publix again... What a disgrace for Publix... You need to take a look at this store because the customer service is very poor... I went to a restaurant down the street called El Cubanito and they had my sandwiches done in 10 minutes!!! Not to mention the sandwiches were better than Publix my son said!!

So, Im waiting my turn at the hot food I tell the young woman my order and also ask for 1lb of the meatballs. Wait patiently as the older woman fills the trays...I say "take your time no rush" I ask her to stir the meatballs she snaps back "its the lights" I say "ok but please stir them" (jokingly I say and in a tone of infextion) "remember at Publix customers are always right "...shes not happy... Weighs my order almost a dollar over the pound price I see it and say "remember I only want a pound" She calls out "you want me too take them out?" I say " well yes " not happy at all now she still puts it still .63 cents over (WELL OKAY THEN) with people waiting behind me I take it straight to customer service and ..ITS THE POINT! SHE WAS PISSY ABOUT STIRING THE FLIPPING MEATBALLS GEZZZ ... and getting closer to the pound price (come on) but wonderful Emilio fixed it right. ..I always thank and give credit to the rivergate workers ... Everyone is always so nice at public and it is a pleasure to shop there but I went to your store yesterday and yesterday I wanted bottled 24 COLD Budweiser and there was none but there was plenty of warm ones out and today I wanted 18 pack of bud bottles and there was none. Dont know why they dont watch that and refrigerate them

Terrible service at the deli tonight, We placed an online order for a couple subs. Subs were to be ready at 745 order was placed at 715. at 805 I arrived at the deli subs were not ready not even started yet I was told it was going to be "a while" There is a phone number on the order they could have called.

This is my regular Publix and its the best. Not all publixes are created equal and this one is above average. They always have fresh produce and a clean store. The employees are very friendly and remember us. Our favorite cashier is Debbie. We always try to go through her line.

Publix is clean and had everything I needed. The staff is sooo nice. I ride the electric scooter in the store cause I cant walk. After paying for my items the lady walked to my car with me and put all my grocery bags in my car and then returned the scooter for me.

Why do they have 8 Slicers, 10 employees and only use 3 of the slicers. They stand in a line waiting to use (for a customer who came after you) while we wait. Do they not want to clean them? Very frustrating! Use the equipment you have!

My six year old grandson had medication to be picked up and he asked the pharmacy tech for her autograph. I dont know why, but Danielle signed the paperwork for him. It made his day. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

The sub people there are horrible. Repeat your order 5 times and they still screw it up. Paid for it but had the cashier throw it out. Went to Jimmy Johns next store. They got it correct.

Maybe you should change your hours on your website. It says your pharmacy is open until ten and when I got back to the store at 9:05 the pharmacy was closed. Not happy at all.

I use to love shopping at this publix until new management came around! Super rude and alway have a hard time using coupons. Was definitely not like this before!!

Customer service is awesome. Love the deli and bakery. It is wonderful to be able to ask anyone in the store where an item is and they help you find it.
