I go there regularly. Part of a regional HF store chain. This is a good inventoried and somewhat fair priced Health Food store. But I have had issues with checking out. Where I could not read the receipt (for months buying there) and I requested that the issue be fixed - because I couldnt see how much I was being charged for items. They FINALLY took care of the issue, but they were lame about not fixing it for a very long time. BTW, I recommend that you double check how much they charge for all items because they will mark something on sale and it doesnt come up on sale at the registure. (When it happens much too often you got to wonder "is this a fleecing tactic- does management have integrity issues etc.?" ) Some other complaints is that they sell too much non-organic food. And I thought organic is why people go to health food stores?? They sometimes put things supposedly "on clearance" and if you look at the price twice you may realize its not marked down at all! So I give them a 2 or 3 stars for their sneaky tactics but fortunately they are a better inventoried health food store and the people who work there are usually enthusiastic about being helpful especially when trying to find a specific item you need. (PS If it wasnt for their good inventory of items I would give them only 2 or 3 stars.) They barely rate 4 stars and they have lots of room for improvement. They need better management. And I think its a criticism of the HQ management more than their store in Lake Mary.

Im surprised this place has such good reviews. I have been eating "healthy/organic" for years now. Here are my grievances: 1-The produce selection is overpriced, and the turnover is horrible. It will cost an arm and a leg for some nearly rotten organic kale. 2-The dried goods prices are also... overpriced. 3-The supplements are also... overpriced. Youd be best off ordering dried foods or supplements online (amazon, iherb, etc.). I feel sorry for the suckers that come in here and pay the ridiculous mark up. There are very few things in here which are fairly priced. 4-If something sells out, it often takes weeks for them to get new inventory. 5-Youre much better off going to MnMs Vitamins (right down the street) for AMAZING, fresh, organic produce. They also turnover their produce 3x a week and its much more affordable. Earth Origins... I dont know how you will even compete with MnMs or even Publix for that matter. The benefits of this store are location (not many health food stores in North Seminole), its rarely ever busy, and Oz is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He truly cares about everyone that walks in there, and he really knows his stuff. The corporate overlords would be wise to pay attention to the prices and inventory turnover if they want any longevity at this store.

This place is fantastic. As someone who recently became a vegan, Ive tried scoping out the regular, big-chain grocery stores for vegan fares and such and although they had some things Id try, theyre very limited in varieties of vegan food (ice creams and the like). Well , Earth Origin fixed this problem for me. They had everything I was looking for on my shopping trip: almond yogurt, coconut milk, soy hazelnut creamer, vegan sausages, etc. The store is laid out beautifully and everything is fresh and clean. They even have natural and organic cosmetics (mouthwash, moisturizers, etc). Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to live healthier (organic!!) even if you dont follow a vegan diet. Its the biggest health food store that Ive found in the Lake Mary area (I have very little interest in driving more than half an hour for everyday groceries) and the prices are pretty good as well.

They have a ton of stuff & variety BUT the prices from THEIR store website are cheaper than in store, which is absurd. When I went to buy something they price matched from their website for me but when I got the to counter to pay the manager came up and took my product and put it back on the shelf!! I then told him that I was buying that and then went on to act like we were a huge inconvenience even though there was no one else in the store. These people need to get off their high horse and treat their customers with respect. I had passed numerous employees and not one asked us how we were doing or if they could help us with anything.

I have shopped here as there isnt much in way of Natural Food Stores in this area, now that Whole Foods is here, I will shop there and Publix more often. I have found Earth Origins to be more expensive for a lot of items now that I can compare prices. The employees there treat you as if it is a privilege to shop there and are not usually helpful. For example the Organic Sauerkraut there is $4.49 for 16 oz and you can get it for $5.69 for double the amount (32 oz) elsewhere. I am so glad Whole Foods is in Altamonte Springs now, if I can avoid Earth Origins, personally I will.

I am a Raw Vegan visiting Sanford, FL and was in dire need of finding an Organic Market in the area. Earth Origins was very easy to find via Local Apps for this area. I found the store very clean and organized, produce exceptionally fresh and was taken by the bulk food section. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now, if I could only get the franchise to open in Central VA, Id be a happier customer. :-)

This location is excellent as far as the customer service. The employees are always pleasant. The only drawback is product consistency: Sometimes youll find a product you like, buy it a few times and then when you go back they may no longer carry that product.

What a great place to find gluten free products all in one place. And they have a large variety of items. Thank you Stacy from Applebees for telling me about this little gem of a store.
