Lo peor d lo peor. Gaste mas d 200 en un cigarrillo eléctrico y ni tansiquiera funciona. No me devolvieron el dinero , la dueña nunca me dio cara para resolver o llegar a un acuerdo ni tansiquiera cambiarlo por otro. E emviaro a otro sitio y aunque la otra persona tenia micho mas conocimiento tuve q volver al otro dia para cambiar la bateria ya q tampoco selvia. Una muy pesima esperiencia y atodos los q me preguntan doy una muy mala recomendación del lugar. Tras d son bien caros todo lo q tienen ni tan siquiera sirven

NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! I bought a battery pack less than 24hours ago and was told to charge it because they do not come charges. This morning I woke up and it still did not turn on. I returned to them this morning so they could exchange it for me and the young blonde girl at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE and would not exchange it or give me my money back. Said they have a no return or exchange policy. This is unacceptable when the business is selling faulty/not working items. I asked her what she could do for me then and she said she could call the cops on me if I didnt leave. I then message the company on Facebook and the owner could care less about the situation telling me he would be in the store on Tuesday and could speak to me in person about it then. When I told him I was from out of town he said there was nothing he could do since he would have to personally see the item before deciding to return it. Since they have a no return/exchange policy. Bottom line DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! This is not a legitimate business.

This place lies and will say anything to sell their junk, all there e cigarettes and other drug paraphernalia are fake and health hazard, I tried to register an expensive piece I had purchased from them, a kangertech supposedly and it had already been registered 12,000 plus times and didnt work once it was definitely a fraud! kangertech said take it back to the store, the store refused to give me my money back, has a little punk illegal working there first thing he told me was Florida had buyer beware laws and there was nothing I could do, I have filed with the BBB and started a suit against the owner/s

I came in earlier today and met Colleen. She was incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I told her I would be back. As promised I came back tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Sara. Same thing, amazing and very knowledgeable. These two ladies get an A+ from me. The shop is amazing and these ladies have the best customer service. Thanks ladies! I will be back!

Forgot my vacation hookah & stopped by this spot to grab another one. Hosea sucks & is very rude! This is the most depressing smoke shop Ive been in. Spent $1.06 and left as quickly as I possibly could. Too many competitors in the area to deal with nonsense. I see why this spot was empty along with the tip jar. Heres a tip Hosea: Get some business about yourself!

Walked in and was greeted and taken care of completely. Very cheap prices from my experience, got a 18 super thick bong with a case for 90 bucks and the guy cleared me of the change since I was a couple bucks short without breaking a 100. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for a quality piece for a good competitive price

The most overpriced store in Central Florida. Ran out of Nautilus coils, came there they wanted $30 for a pack of 5. Haha, must be a joke. Online prices are $10 for 5 and any other local store $16 for 5. Dont bother spending money here.

Was looking for some ejuice while out of town and this was the place closest to my hotel. They were really nice, patient and accommodating. They gave me a discount and I picked up 120ml of some good juice for $25.
