I went to this place out of curiosity as I usually shop elsewhere. After billing the cashier (Jeff D) at the check out counter said Thanks & dont come back again. As I left I wondered why he made that comment but then I realised that since Im of Asian origin & have a beard, Im immediately tagged a Muslim. I wish they realise that Asians can keep beards too & they need not be Muslims. Also not all Muslims are evil & I pity that cashier is the one with an extreme mindset too. I could have turned back & silenced him, but then the 2nd amendment would have been used to send me to sleep. Thank God, I gave up religion (I was born a Roman Catholic) but Im happy being a Theist now. Never again will I step in here, even if its the last store running on earth. Hey wait, Jesus too had beard, isnt that weird!

Rudest employees ever! The place is new and clean inside and thats about all it has going for it. The employees act like you are in their way, they will hit you with carts, mops, vacuums, dont get in their path!!! If they hit you they will look at you at wait for YOUR apology for being in their path. They all have that "I hate my job and Im taking it out on you" attitude.

Weve shopped at this location, and its predecessor a couple of blocks away, since we moved to Jacksonville more than 30 years ago. The service is what you would expect from Publix and then some. The staff is a great mix of long-time veterans and newer folks who rotate - but all go out of their way to help, and provide a great shopping experience.

Mark in your meat department was a very helpful and pleasant employee. Your supermarket was my 3rd stop looking for one slice of filet mignon. There were no single servings and I asked Mark to split it for me. He took less than two minutes and was very very pleasant and respectful. Give that man a raise!!!!

Less crowded and better parking than Arlington River Publix (and shorter lines). However, several cartons of milk were on the shelf pass the expiration date. I would think that would not be a problem. I told the cashier who said they would handle it.

The television ads are true! LOVE to shop at Publix because the store is well lit, very well laid out and always stocked with whatever you might want. Meat and produce is always fresh and most of all everyone is helpful and friendly.

I cant believe how above and beyond the pharmacy goes to help. Even the Pharmacist has helped the last two months. Sometimes my questions are simpler than I make them. No one ever complains. Im very grateful for them all.

I love this Publix! I had a great experience with their customer service. Brittney was one of the nicest customer service employees I have ever dealt with. I wouldnt shop anywhere else in Jacksonville.

They profile and discriminate against muslims. Also expired goods being sold unlike the store down the road. I would recommend going down the street and avoiding this place at all costs.
