My wife and I were at the Sears on Wed July 22, 2015 at about 2pm. I went to the first of two checkouts, located in the men area. I stood in line for approx 10-15 mins and at no time did the sales clerk acknowledge my presence while she waited on a customer with at leat tweny items. In fact she was the slowest clerk I have ever seen. From unfolding and refolding each item and still no acknowldgement. So I went to second and last checkout only to find after standing in line there for another ten minutes with no acknowledgement from the clerk. In fact he was waiting on a customer who could not get his $10 coupon from his phone and all the two of them could do was stare at the phone and hold up the register. So I put my $175.00 worth of merchandise down and left. Now I know why Sears is going out of business with that type of "no customer service". I will not bother your sale staff with any type of "troublesome" purchases, again.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon, I went to the store to pick up items I ordered online. Since I ordered just two hours before it was not ready yet when I arrived store but I need it urgently I asked associates for help. Leah the lady works at the home section has been extremely helpful. She was very patient. Getting to know that my ordered has not been fulfilled she did it on the spot for me. Thank you Leah you made customer service rock!

This location looks a little run down. Baseboard peeling off in many areas. Price scanner machine is broken near the womens fitting room and making an obnoxious noise. Fitting rooms have no A/C or is broken. An employee also commented it was too warm. Place kinda just upsets me with the lack of basic maintenance. Whatever... heh! Waiting in line now with pathetically slow checkout. Ugh!

Nice selection and pretty clean. Its the nicest location in Jacksonville. Fitting rooms were not very clean. But the store itself is very nice. They have a Sephora mini store as well.

Appliance pricing is better then other stores. If you go online, they have coupon codes and the store matches the JCP online price with code.

Store in disarray, EVERYTHING is on sale, it was like inventing the wheel to check out... I ended up just walking out... disappointed
