This Forever 21 location is huge! It has two whole stories full of merchandise! Unfortunately, it reminded me more of a cheap warehouse store. Their decor is lacking. Ive seen their other stores and I know they can do much better with their layout and decorating. I agree with some of the other reviewers, some of the employees there seem confused and bored. Like they dont know what theyre supposed to be doing. They just stand around looking all over the place with a lost or bored expressions on their faces. The only employees that were actually working and interacting with the customers were the ones in the shoe department. I walked through browsing the shoes and in just 10 minutes I had 3 employees ask if I was finding everything okay and wanted to help me. They were nice and courteous, unlike the other employees (especially the ones where the perfumes were set up) who scare off the customers with their unwelcoming faces and body language. Their bathroom was horrible! The mens bathroom was totally closed, my husband wasnt able to use it...the womens bathroom should have been closed, it was disgusting! They had all but 2 stalls taped shut. The trash bins for feminine items were all taped shut so nobody could use them, the entire bathroom was nasty, and their hand soap was about 75% water! It was like I wasnt using any soap at all. Yuck! Also, if youre looking for good deals on name brand items, dont shop here. Their prices are pretty high, although they do have a wide selection of items to choose from, youre more likely to find a good deal somewhere else. If youre military, I suggest going on base to the Exchange if youre able to. The items are way cheaper there. I rate this place 3 stars. It definitely wasnt the best Forever 21 store Ive been too, but it wasnt the worst either. The main plus is how big it is and the selection of merchandise they have.

I bought some lip balm labeled as Ultra Hydrating. Im pretty sure a crayola crayon would have done the job better. It had no glide and when I tried to put some on my bottom lip it chunked off a wad on my lip. It tastes and smell foul. Like mechanics grease. I had to use soap to get the nastiness off my mouth. I was ripped off of that 3 dollars because there is no return on cosmetics. Maybe if I didnt like the color...okay, but this stuff should not be sold in their stores. Selling crap and calling it cosmetics without any recourse in satisfaction is not cool. For this reason I will copy and paste this review on every site on the internet. Thanks for stealing my 3 dollars and losing a customer.

Love Love Love this location!! Its the biggest store the company has worldwide. Two floors of the latest and greatest fashions. Theyve also released a new $10 and Under Collection which is amazing for my pockets! Ive tried shopping other places and no one can beat the prices and the cute styles. Theyve just gone through a major remodeling of the store and it looks 10x better than before. Updated lighting, paint, marketing, and mannequins. Good move on corporate!

I love this store. it is very nice and clean super big and spacious one of the biggest forever 21 stores I have ever been in.. i was visiting Jacksonville from New York City had to pick up a few things for my daughter the staff was very helpful and help me find exactly what I needed. the store does not smell like anything what the two girls below me wrote maybe their ex employees or something who knows lol.

I have always been a fan of Forever 21, but this location leaves little to be desired. The layout of the store is disorganized, its somehow always very stuffy, and the clothes are absolutely everywhere in no particular order. Not to mention the questionable smells in the fitting rooms...

Im from Atlanta and I hate every Forver 21 location here. Whenever I visit my family in Jacksonville I ALWAYS go to this f21. The staff is very friendly and they have a HUGE plus size section! ❤️ I wish I could visit more often. The Atlanta stores could learn a lot from them

Miserably hot in here. Was completely over-hearted within a few minutes. Its absurd in Florida to be cooler when walking outside!!! They even had a temporary A/C set up outside of a fitting room. This was the only cool spot I found. Come on Forever 21...get it together!!!

The A/C is broken in this store. It was extremely hot and frustrating to shop. They had fans blowing that did nothing but blew hit air. Also, the entrance looked dirty. Trash was running over at the door and the rug needed to be vacuumed. This was my 1st and last visit.

What is with the AC? It has been "broken" for over a month and if you ask someone who works there whats going on, they say that the management doesnt want to pay the bill. News flash, its Florida, its hot. Its not enjoyable to sweat while you are shopping...

Summer deals are awesome! Currently 30 percent off clearance items and there will be deals all summer. I didnt rate 5 starts bcuz theyve changed the $10 or less floor. Still nice things but theyve moved alot upstairs to not on sale.

Good service and clothing selection, but the air conditioning seems to be constantly broken. Either that, or its never used. Its immediately noticeable when walking into the store, especially when its hot outside.

Store is SUPER HOT!!!! The area by the upstairs fitting room is always musty..its like theyre running a sweat shop in there. Its uncomfortable for the shoppers, so i know they employees are unhappy

This store has a great selection because of the size, but the air has been broken for MONTHS. Will no longer spend a dime in there because it is TOO HOT with no circulating air...in Florida.

Employees always look lost and confused. No one knows where anything is located. Poor customer service. They shouldve closed this store down instead of the Town Center location.

Miserable. It was so hot inside the store (even with portable air conditioners) that I couldnt shop. Others in the store were trying to shop, but everyone said it was TOO hot.

I always find the cutest clothes here but every time Ive gone it doesnt seem like their AC is working. I was literally sweating when shopping. It was pretty unbearable.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! clothing are neatly organized, shoe area is a little messy but they have great style choices and a very nice and welcoming staff.

I work here & dont worry the majority of our ac units are fixed. Downstairs is only slightly warmer than upstairs

The A/C is bearable. Bathrooms are still beyond disgusting, but the working A/C is a vast improvement.
