You can find some really nice pieces here, but it is very inconsistent. The inconsistency exists in pricing, and sometimes even in quality. Example, Coldwater Creek has a solid reputation for clothing that is high quality, well made, and long lasting. I dont mind paying $20 for a mohair sweater that is gently used and in excellent shape especially since brand new it probably went for close to $100. I do however have a problem paying that price for a T-shirt, that is paper thin, and clearly worn, just because it says BCBG on the label. Thats not consistent to me. Maybe I just dont fully understand the process of resale, but this is the inconsistency that prevents me from being a regular customer. I used to visit a lot, but when the experiences I had kept repeating themselves, I thought better of it and now I only go when my friend comes home for a visit and wants to go there.

I walked in and had a bag of purses in my hand. It was obvious why I was there. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before the person who was checking clothes asked was I there for selling .. I mean duh. She took my items and info. And ask was I going to wait in store. I said yes. I was expecting her to check my items it was only 3. Instead she finished what she was working on and started another persons stuff. Its like they dont want my stuff because Im AA

Store has gone downhill..smells like a gym locker...they forgot to call me when they were done assessing clothes. Didnt take brand new 7 jeans with tags & dresses just worn once this year. Took an old navy top. They were accepted at the other consignment down the road in The Greens. What the heck happened to this place?
