I HAVE SHOPPED AT PRESIDENTE FOR YEARS AND EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN REALLY NICE, BUT TODAY I WENT AND MY CASHIER "FERNANDA" WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE- I BOUGHT 2 THINGS AND GAVE HER A $20 SHE THEN GAVE ME THE CHANGE BACK FOR A $10. I POLIETLY TOLD HER I GAVE HER A $20 AND SHE SAID WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE "UM NOO YOU DIDNT" I HAVE WORKED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR A LONG TIME AND I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BRING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE THEN IGNORED ME AND I TOLD HER I WANTED TO SEE THE MANAGER (STILL BEING NICE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ANGRY) SHE THEN SAID "THEN GO FIND THE MANAGER" AND ROLLED HER EYES AT ME- AS I WALKED AWAY SHE BEGAN TALKING ABOUT ME RUDLEY TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE- SO I WENT TO FIND THE MANAGER AND SHE TOOK HER INSIDE TO COUNT HER DRAWER- WELL I TOOK MY SON TO THE BATHROOM B/C IT WAS TAKING AWHILE AND WHEN I CAME OUT THE GIRL WAS ON THE REGISTER AND THE MANAGER NEVER CAME BACK TO TELL ME ANYTHING. ALL OF THAT OVER $10!!! THE PLACE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SOMEWHERE I LOVED TO SHOP, BUT I REFUSE TO GIVE THIS PLACE MY MONEY IF THEY HAVE PPL LIKE "FERNANDA" WORKING THERE!!!

Its Ok only if you shop a few needed items at last minute and/or only when they are on sale, Other than that, Its mostly overpriced food, Horrid customer service with either dumb or nasty employees and never a manager around.Always have beggars around the parking selling stolen stuff or asking for money,Hard to find a parking space and the Cuban Cafe next door (which they also own) Its full with Bimbos who attend clients, which are pretty but are always clueless,slow to attend clients and/or rude.I stop there sometimes to pick up a quick coffee on the window because i live a few blocks away (and even that takes forever) and personally have seen countless customers walk out upset because the servers take forever to attend them simply because they are busy chatting among themselves,on the phone or bullshitting around.

Los empleados tienen miedo de llamarlo para que no se queden sin su puesto de trabajo. Servicio de atención al cliente inexistente. Nunca ví un supermercado sin manager... Pésimo.

Its OK for a quick stop to get what is needed, great if you are Latin, not going to bash the entire establishment but I found it funny as I stood in line the cashier was smiling and very friendly to her Hispanic customers and as I stepped up that pretty little smile dropped and her demeanor totally changed... But hey this is Florida

Racist store, if you are not like them dont expect any service, I have been going there for a couple of years and its gotten worst, its so bad that my recent experience will be my last. I dont understand why they hate black people so much, were all human, there is good and bad in all of us.

I am a regular shopper at President supermarket, where value is real... Best prices, clean market, fresh products, produce, seafood, meat and cheeses... Here, your dollar stretches twice as far as other traditional supermarkets... Try it with an open mind, youll be surprised...

Local Cuban and latin supermarket, great location and dont forget to try next door Señor Cafe, quick window coffee or bar counter style seating plus restaurant seating as well. Prices are very low, food good Service can be quick , sometimes challenging but is part of the trip.

I had a very good experience here! Not sure why people are complaining about the speaking Spanish and the products ! It says Latin Supermarket!!! The only down side to my trip there was it was way too cold inside!!! The owner could really save money adjusting the temperature!

Unless ure latin, dont go... Very racial store. Which last time i checked this is America, not s. America. They need to learn where they are... U.k wouldnt tolerate this!!!! These people need to know, we let u in our country, we can easily kick u out. Latin pigs

Sundays they are NOT open till 10....theyre open till 9 and theyre rude as hell and always closing earlier than theyre supposed to...theyre over priced and the place is super dirty all the time.... gave them one star because I cant leave a review with zero stars

Good store.Very convenient.Has some good deals at times.Had no problems with the staff.Me and a friend go here often.You can pay utilities like electric here,and they have a great cell phone store,boost mobile,that gave me a great deal.Just great.

Its an okay supermarket, good if you need last minute ingredients for when making something, but definitely not for getting weekly groceries. The place feels dirty. Not necessarily that it is, but I get weird vibes every time I go.

I like Presidente supermarket, you can find Hispanic products that are not easy to find in other supermarket. They should improve their customer service, train them to help visitors to find products easier inside the store.

Terrible, looking for a item ask a stock employee after standing next to him ( he was on the phone texting) and upset that I interrupt him he just go tomorrow. Ask him tomorrow? And even gat more upset.

Prices on some items are very good. However, check your item prices at the register. Some items are mislabeled or stored in the wrong area or on the wrong shelf. Its a hassle to get a refund.
