On March 30, 2017 at approx 2:25pm I walked into the Walmart to buy Dayquil. I am as sick as a dog and I needed to purchase the medicine because I had to go to work. I went up to the register and the customer service manager Karine was selling me the product and stopped me just as I was about to swipe my card she told me I had to be 18 to purchase the product. Fine, I understand that, so I asked my coworker to purchase it for me since he was 18 and I wasnt. She was going to sell it to him and then Lisset the other customer service manager told him that she wont sell it to him because I was with him. So I said I would leave and he can purchase it for me on his own and both managers told us that they would not sell either of us the product because I was associated with him. I had to go to work. My mom picked me up from work and I lost 10 minutes on the clock because the employees did not want to sell me the product. I AM VERY UPSET. I have purchased medication at this Walmart location before and no one has ever stopped me, so I do not see what was the issue. The managers were playing games telling us yes she would sell it to him, then no about 3 times. My mother was furious because of this incident and the cold I had I needed to take something ASAP. Because of this incident I lost time at work and my mother arrived late. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! Please follow up with me at my cellphone number or email address.

Este lugar voy por que me queda cerca pero muchas veces voy buscando algo que consumo y no lo encuentro y se pasan días y no surten el producto ( esto pasa muy a menudo en el área de los jugos envasados en botellas plásticas Ej. Jugo Clamato regular) lo informó y pasan días y sigue lo mismo, otro problema es, no tienen suficientes cajeras se ve uno obligado a pagar en los cajeros automáticos y siempre se bloquean por algún problema con algún artículo y tiene uno que esperar por alguien a que venga a arreglarlo.

This Walmart started like everything new, very good. After a few months it is not the same. The employees are not as nice as they were at the beginming. The items are now even more expensive than in the regular Walmarts. On top of that, the advertised policy of price matching only applies to what they feel like honoring. I personally had a bad experience this weekend when trying to have another supermarket advertised price matched. The manager and the manager assistant bullied me like if I was an ignorant. It is a shame they do not care about customer satisfaction or even employee retention. All you see in the TV ads is a lie. Hope the local supermarkets wont run out of business and we get stuck with these Neighborhood Walmarts where the employees have no benefits and the customers are treated like if they are giving you handouts.

Fui a mony gran a recoger un dinero , estuve 25 minutos haciendo la fila y cuando llega mi turno me dicen que el sistema está caído, me fui a otro walmart y cobre el dinero sin problema , como es posible si es el mismo sistema para todos los walmart que en uno trabaje y el otro no , simple no tenían ganas de trabajar pero eso pasa en los walmart de hialeah no en los otros , en fin pésima la atención al cliente

If I could give a lower score I would. Every time I come here the check out service is delayed and they are slow. They dont know where they are obviously. Dont even know what they are doing. This lady named Karine, if you see that she is the one at the customer service desk, prepare to be there for a long time. Bring some popcorn and watch her as she talks on the phone, knowing that the line is growing. Im still waiting. This is not the first time this happens. It appears that all these ladies know how to do is talk on the phone and walk with their friends. Dont waste your time. Go to target.

Corto de personal, a las 10 de la noche, solo 3 cajas abiertas, muchos clientes dejaban los carros con las compras y se marchaban, orrible lo debieran de cerrar, porque si no venden se va ir a pique. Tampoco nunca hay los productos que uno busca, siempre te disen llega mañana.

Vivo cerca del Walmart mi esposa y yo hace tiempo somos clientes pero últimamente la falta de productos en el product las viandas regadas poca variedad para escoger los estantes vacíos no hay estabilidad el domingo nos encontramos yogurt vencido donde están los responsables de esa área

Siempre hay unas colas interminables con el dinero que genera la cadena son tan miserables que no quieren pagar más cajeras por lo que tienes que esperar largas filas y pierdes demasiado tiempo no se lo recomiendo a nadie para ir de compras.

This walmart has the worst customer service ever. I made an online order to pick up at this location and they dont even know where the items are even though it says online they have received it and signed for it at the store. Everyone is lost and dont know what they are doing. Horrible service, do yourself a favor and dont shop here.

Horrible, went for a quick grocery pick up and all the strawberries had mold on them. The bagels were rock hard and I bought two packs of ground turkey and the first one smelled rotten (supposedly wasnt expired) and the second one smelled fine but ended up giving us a stomach ache for the next three days. Never coming back.

Expire EVERYTHING. I went to buy Greek organic yogurt and it was already expire. It had bugs inside. Family member went to buy bread late night and the bread was 1 week behind, had mold inside. They need to start having so much night shift or everyday check every product! This bad rating will put your store down

This walmart has a lot of vegan options being just a neighborhood store makes some superstores put to shame. But there are defintely some vegan products that other superstores would have that this one doesnt. People there are friendly and ive always had a good experience here with the employees.

Horrible customer service, rude employees, worst walmart I have ever been to. Ive been insulted by two employees in front of everyone just because i complained that I had to wait half an hour to get help at the register. They should screen people before hiring trash for customer service.

Today i went to walmart at 10:53 pm and the manager and some employees at the door told hurry up because we close at 11: 00 pm and you only hace 7 mimutes. Today is the first day that they start closing at night , but rushing people and the stoping others is not the correct way
