Ive shopped at this location regularly for years. I bought a blu ray player recently and specifically asked the manager what the return policy was. I was told I had 10 days to return the item for a store credit. The blu ray player was defective and 10 days later I tried to return it only to be informed by the sales associate that the policy was 7 days. I asked her to clarify this with the manager, she left to his office to ask him. She returned and reiterated the 7 day policy. When I asked if I could speak to the manager, she told me he was not there. Mind you, this is right after she told me she had just spoken with him. Sadly this type of terrible customer service is common in Miami. Shop here at your own risk.

Good Customer service!! Overpriced Clothes. they charge $5 and $6 for shorts that are burned used and you can buy at walmart or any store for $10 or less. Ridiculous!! If youre a donor please give your stuff away to a church or call the "pick up please truck" and theyll pick up for free outside your door and youre helping the Veterans with all donations.

Clearly the manager has better things to do than accept 2 very large bags of donations. The store is open there are plenty of people working the floor but the manager does not want to accept the donation.
