Real mente me sorprendió que acudieran en ofrecerme la colaboración para que pudiera realizar mi aplicación de públix muy muy muy feliz por que eso dise mucho de la calidad de ese lugar el equipo de trabajo es fundamental para un grAn desempeño de trabajo eficiente y la solidaridad con la jente esa fue la imagen que me traje de públix y se que estoy eligiendo un gran lugar de trabajo en el que puedo desempeñarme si públix me da la oportunidad me uniría asu grupo de trabajo con compromiso y responsabilidad mil mil gracias públix Ana lozada

Fui a comprar un sándwich y el que atiende es demasiado lento tomo como 25 minutos haciendo 2 sándwiches a las 2 personas que tenia al frente en la cola cuando llego mi turno pedí un sándwich con chicken tenders me dijo tienes que esperar 10 minutos ok espere cuando estuvieron listos los chicken tenders tomo la orden de otro señor que estaba atrás de mi tardó como 20 min mas no obstante le dijo a otra persona que me lo hiciera pudiendo hacer eso desde el principio

2 weeks ago I took my mom with her service dog to publix. While my mom was shopping, the night manager approached her very disrespectful and told her in a very loud tone in front of a security and a cashier that she had to leave the store without even asking my mom if her dog was a service dog. My mom was treated like a robber in front other customers. My mom was not even permitted to pay for the items she had already placed in her shopping cart. When we left the store, I noticed that the sign that publix has outside the store is blocked, so no one can know that dogs are not allowed. What about service dogs? Higher management should review their policy and train staff better on how to treat customers with needs.

Los Publix super market...son los mejores mercados de la Florida y el publix del Country Club y el de Miami Lakes son mis favoritos en todos los aspectos, muy buena atencion personal y calidad de los productos..en sentido general exelentes

Will never rely on this Publix deli for lunch again. Not the1st or 2nd time my mobile order is more than 15 minutes late.still cant grasp how this takes longer than actually waiting in line.Worst part is, the staff working could care less, seemed to me like it was a regular occurrence.Thank you Publix in Country Club for making healthy options an inconvenience. I placed an order online for 2 subs to pick up at 9:00pm I arrived at 9:15 to be told that they were going to start my order at that moment. Whats the point of ordering online if I all have to come and stand here for another 15 minutes to wait for them to do the order. Then the employee has an attitude while doing the order sandwiches were not done until 9:27 p.m.

Lines were to long, cashier closed register as I began to place my items to check out, he explained to me that his shift was up, and that he forgot to turn off his light, all while 2 people where behind me waiting as well. Manager was there did not say a thing to correct the situation, horrible service

I was waiting for half hour in the deli in the front line, because the workers were busy doing stuff and at the end of the waiting the woman told me take a paper or go to the back of the line . For this I think Buying in publix is not a pleasure , that woman was schematic and no taking care of anything

Great customer service...always asked how I am doing and how my day is going, greeted and acknowledged with smiles. Clean and organized store, always stocked up. Gave a 4 rather than a 5 due to the long lines every visit to the store and half the registers closed. But of all customer service wowd us.

Thank you for making my shopping easier. Appreciate the tabs that indicate what is gluten free, helps me get in and out quicker and not have to waste time reading labels. Thank you for also now carrying gluten free ice cream cups, finally I can enjoy my ice cream the way it should be enjoyed.

I love Publix, but not all stores are the same, manager and employees make a difference, this is the case with Country Club Plaza, they are good at service, keep it clean and organize, Very recommended. Go shopping, eat at the Deli and pass by Bakery, awesome place.
