Black Beauty

I disliked this place because of the rude cashier and her rude and unprofessional Manager. I think it is very disrespectful to talk about your customers in Spanish when you both speak English. Customer Service is very important and there is none here. They over charged me for an item and then didnt want to refund me the item. You have no way of seeing what youre being charged, due to the outdated registers. I feel sorry for the workers who work there, because clearly they have poor management. If their manager disrespects her customers I can imagine how she speaks to them or about them. I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating.

When they first opened I was so excited their prices were perfect. However in the year that theyve been open their prices have skyrocketed rather disgustingly. The majority of the items can be purchased brand new for the same price. Not what Im looking for at a Salvation Army. Yesterday I had a store employee offer me a special price on an item. Another store employee informed him that it cost $5 more than that and that was the final price. Really! $5 on an item that was priced over a hundred dollars. Bad business.

This used to be my favorite thrift store! Recently under new management and the prices have easily doubled. The merchandise Isnt as good. The store is cleaner but not clean enough to charge regular store prices. Its unfortunate but I probably wont go back. Now I have to drive to Miami for good deals.

My mom and I love the salvation army it has great deal if you take the time to look. Also the furniture is half off but remember they know the value of some antique and vintage furniture so dont be surprised of the prices. Money goes to charities.

Went today to my local salvation army... OVERPRICED. ITS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE. I walk in and see a small table thats priced at $119.00. BRAND NEW AT IKEA $69.00. Now tell me how that works? Mind you it was in bad shape.

The prices in this store are INSANITY. I went in looking for a table and chair set, $300! You have got to be kidding. Save your time amd just go to Big Lots. Youll get new furniture for these prices!

Its great too shop on Wednesday and Saturday its half off on everything and sometimes the furniture is included on Saturday. So shop those days only..
