Went to this store to get gas, cigarettes, food ect. I told the cashier that I needed change for a $100.00 her response was "they dont have change that late (10:30pm)". I was completely denied service. There isnt another gas station in miles. I really am not happy with the service at that gas station. I have called the store maneger. This is just an update from my previous story I went in there this morning to get coffee and while paying the manager Tricia confronts me about calling the store manager and filing a complaint in front of customers how unprofessional is that when I have every right to call and complain isnt that what the numbers for?

11/10/15; Stop for gas at 10:23pm, all the lights were on, door was locked with vacuum cleaner put in front of the door. Female employee was cleaning up the drink area wouldnt respond or even look at me when I knocked. Went to the 7-11 on 2420 E Burleigh Blvd, about 3 mins down the road. Previously I was charged a wrong price for an item, when I pointed out the price on the shelf, the employee told me to take it up with the manager in the morning.

Very frustrating, only 3 working pumps for the past 45 days, I paid for my gas & went to pump it only pumped 24 cent. when I went back inside she said "oh we are out of premium" I asked where the signs were she said "Ill put them up right away". 3 hours later the signs were still not up, the next day still no signs I will never waste my time at that station again.

The guy that owns the place acts like he is better then everyone else and most the workers dont know how to do their job.
