The worst customer service I have got in CVS, I felt discriminated when I got into that pharmacy store. The cashier was rude to me and she even said good evening. She was very nice with anyone who had dark skin but when I got close to her I was very polite and nice, she did not look at me, I felt like she was ignoring me. I work in customer service and I always treat everyone super nice and with manners, no matter what race, gender, age, or color is the person because I have been raised that we all the same, and we have to respect everyone. I can not believe this company hired racist people.

When I called at 9:30 am, the person who answered the phone said that she couldnt be bothered to check to see if they had an item in stock. When I asked what would be a good time to call back to have them check, she said shes always busy, hard to tell. WTF? Seriously? I didnt need an answer then and there, but it was very unprofessional and a bad business move just to be blown off indefinitely. Oh, but she did call me "sweetie", so that helped.

Never answer their phone, I filled a script here ONCE and now Im being told they transferred ALL my scheduled meds here (without my permission) and I cant go anywhere else to fill except this location. LITERALLY. And theyre 40 mins out of the way (meanwhile theres a CVS right down the street)

An average CVS, no complaints about the store itself. They have really good variety here. A little bit sketchy in the parking lot if you go after 8 or 9 pm, didnt feel 100% safe. Otherwise, a good option with good service.

Horrible management. This is the third time theyve told me my prescription was ready when I call but when I show up they have "no idea" why its not ready. Theyre nice, but incompetent.
