I have been going to Latinos for over 15 yrs. and I hv seen many different owners come and go, this time the owner has stayed. They are all very friendly, but yesterday on Saturday the 8th of October, I went in as I usually do with my 5pound tea-cup chihuahua held in my arms and the owners brother (I think it was his brother ) told me to leave as I was standing in line with two bottles of soda waiting to pay, I tried to explain that she is my service dog but they did not understand, I had been going in with my dog for the last month and this is the first time he actually yelled at me. So today I printed out the Florida law for service animals, both in Spanish and English. Now I dont want to rock the boat, but if they still refuse me services then they will be fined and I really would not want that to happen
