ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! I Went in for a tattoo by Emily Elegado @ Fookish Pride ... She did okay on the first 1st tattoo ((name down my forearm)) So end of my 1st tat I showed her this BEAUTIFUL picture I found online and asked "IF she could copy that henna art JUST AS A TATTOO on my right hand"?? AND SHE SAID" YES OF COURSE I CAN you jus have to pay for half to make the appt" ... I put the NON REFUNDABLE $$$ DOWN and show up t hr next week to get my BEAUTIFUL piece of art and she says " Oh I cant do this ITS TOO COMPLICATED U must PICK SOMETHING DIFFERENT" - NO REFUNDS SO I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING ON THE FLY AND I was not prepared and shoulda demanded my money back AND RAN OUT BC I picked something else out and she COULDNT EVEN REPLICATE THE 2ND forced choice! She has things upside down even when she had a picture TO COPY AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DONE IN SOME KIDS GARAGE... ITS COVERS MY RIGHT HAND TOO BTW SO IM STUCK W THIS UGLY AWFUL MESS AND NOT EVEN OF GOOD QUAILTY work TILL I CAN FIND SOMEONE TO FIX THE MESS SHE MADE OF MY HAND!! I WOULDNT LET HER EVEN DO THE TOUCH UP WORK to attempt to FIX IT (( SHOULDNT EVEN NEED THIS MUCH TOUCH UP WORK THOUGH)) SHES A FLAT OUT LIAR AND DOESNT HAVE " PRIDE IN HER WORK" HENCE THE NAME FOOLISH PRIDE TATTOOS!! PLZZZZZ NVR LET SOMEONE PROMISE U SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL TAKE YOUR $$ and change your mind to something totally different ... ID RATHER HAVE LOST THE $150 I PUT DOWN THAN BE STUCK W THIS GARBAGE ON MY HANDS *** LIVE AND LEARN*** I litterally have been sick everytime I look at my hand... IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BEAUTIFUL and WHAT I PICKED!! PLUS THEIR STUCK UP N SNOBBY WHICH I READ IN other comments and other horror stories but foolishly went there anyway ... PLZ DO YOUR RESEARCH ON ACTUAL GREAT ARTISTS IN THE AREA BC THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! WISH I COULD POST PIC OF WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND WHAT I GOT stuck with!! She also critiqued every idea i had for MY BODY AND DID WHAT SHE WANTED!! Its on the TOP OF MY HAND SO NO HIDDING THIS CRAP EITHER... SMH

From The moment you walk in the door you know you have come to the right place! I have to say in all the years I have had tattoo work done I have never been as impressed by a shop as I was upon entering Foolish Pride 2. It is a very clean and upscale environment the staff is amazingly friendly and I couldnt be happier with Katie the artist I chose to do my piece. The level of artistry she is capable of is truly beyond words. I am currently having a Phoenix done and the artwork Katie created for it is indescribable. I have many tattoos but I can say I have never had anyone as incredible of an artist as Katie is. I am looking forward to getting many more tattoos done by her in the future. I truly believe you get what you pay for and honestly you simply cant put a price on excellent work and being treated so professionally by the entire staff. I can honestly say I have found the perfect artist and shop to obtain all future work with. I have many ideas for future pieces and truly feel honored to have been blessed with meeting such an incredible artist. If you want classy work and a great environment with extremely high standards of sanitation and cleanliness look no further than Foolish Pride 2 for your work. I live over an hour from the shop personally and will continue to make the trip for the level of creativity and professional they show at this shop!

Emilby Elegado is seriously bomb! She really worked with me to design tattoos that had a lot of meaning behind them. Not only was her unique take on what I wanted brilliant, but her artwork was truly stunning and I wouldnt ever have someone else tattoo me : )! Shes my girl! She made me feel comfortable also and I am so happy with my beautiful tattoos shes given me. She has now done 4 pieces on me and I couldnt wear a tattoo with more pride. Thank you so much Emily! Also I wanted to say that Kat is truly amazing at piercing! She did several on me and I am going back to more today. I had heard horror stories about getting your Helix pierced and the healing process etc. Kat was a true professional and made me feel like I was safe and cared for. She was also adorable and sweet! The piercings went smooth and I barely felt a thing. They are also healing easily. I recommend her for any piercing you want to get, simple or complex. She is also very enthusiastic about her work and helping me create really cool constellation piercings on my ears. I love this place and can tell they only hire true professionals. So glad I found them!

This place is great!!! I got my first tattoo here by JD, and plan on coming back when I need more. This shop is easy to locate, extremely clean, and really easy to work with. Everyone here has a great and friendly attitude, which makes it easy relax at, especially when you’re there getting your first piece done. The artist are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After some suggestions by recent clients and checking out his portfolio I went to JD for my first piece. JD was really easy to work with about my tattoo, I showed him what I wanted, he suggested a few change ups and we got to work. Turned out AMAZING!!! The shop is really easy to work with, I had to cancel my first appointment to an injury that was located in the planned spot, JD was more than understanding about it, these guys and girls are great to work with here! I definitely recommend this place and its artist to anyone who is looking!

I am getting sleeved up by the lovely and talented Katie. She is very passionate and personable. The other staff I have met there are super friendly and quite funny. The ink Ive gotten came out amazing. I am talking about beyond what I was expecting it could be. I live an hour away and I happily travel and battle US 19 traffic to get my ink done here. It was also helpful that the artists pound into my head the care of a tattoo. They care about their craft and what goes on your body forever. I love this place and recommend it to first timers, people looking for cover ups, or even people adding on to existing ink. When it comes to quality work, atmosphere, and professionalism this place is top notch! Thank you guys and I will be back in 2 weeks for another dose of the experience!

I was here today with my step mom and we both got our first tattoos with JD. He is seriously so understanding and knows whats going to look best on the person. We both really valued his honesty. Now those reading this and those getting their first tattoos: please understand that youre not going to be able to get EXACTLY what you want, but a good artist will do everything in their power to make something that you really love and JD did just that. Me and my step mom were going to go to Atomic, but we are so thankful we didnt because we couldnt be happier with what we got. The tattoo is really meaningful to me as my step moms is to her, and he did it justice. No doubt I will be back and recommend everyone to come here! Thanks JD and the awesome staff!
