This shop can be divided among two groups of people. Either you love it or you dont. The people who love it are the kind of people that would critize others for not liking it and the people who dislike it are the kind that actually know what a good tattoo shop is like. Let me just say Im covered in tattoos that Ive gotten all over the world. I know what a good tattoo shop is. This isnt it. The "artists" really dont know how to communitcate with the customers. The reviewer, Elly - obviously didnt read the other reviews properly before making her ridiculous review. No one said the "artists" took too long to prep, they said the wait was too long to get their information. This was the same with me (and the store was completely empty). An artist didnt want to do a simple tattoo? A few quick bucks? Yeah...the problem is really the customer there. Let me tell you. Needless to say, my girlfriend and I went out elsewhere for her tattoo.

This studio is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I have four tattoos from Rock-A-Billy the oldest tattoo being almost 6yrs old. Lorne tattooed me every time and I cannot say enough good things. He listened to exactly what I wanted, offered his professional opinion but still made sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I have a tattoo on my ribs that we moved the stencil at least five time just to find the perfect spot. Lorne has a very light hand and I was very comfortable during all my sessions. He explained exactly what to do during the healing process, which went by perfect and years later my tattoos all look great. I would recommend Rock-A-Billy, especially if Lorne is your artist.

The people that run this shop know what they are doing. My artist John is the bees knees. He is patient and cool as a cucumber but he ll help push you through the hard bits like a champ. All the guys are very talented and are worth every penny for their work. They have a spot for discounted tattoos as well, which I thought was super cool. Shops hella clean. Atmosphere is comfortable and jovial. Customer service is top notch. I came here for my first tattoo many years ago. Glad I came back. I will be getting more work done here in the future. I highly recommend anyone to come check this spot out if their serious about committing to a new tattoo.

I got a tattoo at Rock-A-Billy about 15 years ago, and absolutely loved it. The work was great and everything was tip top; however, I sent a couple of my friends there to get tattoos done and the staff was extremely rude and hostile. I am ashamed to say I have a tattoo by people who would insult customers. I had 3 friends, 1 being my sister-in-law, go in wanting white ink tats done. The staff insulted their choice stating that they only do real tattoos there. As far as I know, ink on skin is part of the art form, regardless of the color ink. Im disappointed in this shop, and needless to say I will be going elsewhere for future work.

I love the gentleman that does the piercings. He has 4 piercings for me and I could not be more happier with service that I have been given everytime Ive gone there. I went to other places that had used a piercing gun on my nose which is illegal and can cause permanent damage. I was having problems so I went there to see if I was doing something wrong. They are the ones that informed me that it was illegal to use a piercing gun on the nose. After having them to repierce my nose I didnt just get one in my nose but 3 at one time in my nose and it was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. They truly care about their customers.

Let me start by saying I have thousands of dollars of work on my body and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had! Whatever you do, DO NOT get a tattoo with the artist PL. He is a LIAR, incredibly LAZY, and unreliable. He wants to be paid like a top artist ($150 an hour!!) but does not act like one. He canceled our scheduled sessions multiple times minutes before due to him making up crazy excuses and having a "headache". I dont know about any of the other artist but PL is by far the worst tattoo artist I have ever dealt with. Please rethink your decision if you get him!!

Every one there was super nice and very friendly. The shop was very clean and they followed the rules. To the people complaining about the open floor plan should probably find a private dungeon to get their work done. The artist here all have tremendous talent and it doesnt matter which one you choose. They will make you feel comfortable before during and after your session. I got my first tattoo here and will probably get many more from this awesome place. I would recommended this place to all my friends and family like it was recommended to me by a close friend.

I got my first tattoo here, and was amazed not only at the cleanliness of the shop, but the talent and openess of the artists. All are professional ARTISTS. I now have over 40+ hours of tattoo work, all from this shop, and various artists there. Never once had a bad experience, always felt comfortable and accomodated. Im so glad this place is in a reasonable part of town, and not some slumhole with a dungeon atmosphere. I loved the open floor plan, and the artists are all amazing people.

I have had tattoos by other shops before but not since I started going here over a decade ago. The the very Best was when I got to take my 18y/o son for his very first. Like always the shop was super clean, and the staff created the best vibe. I took my son to many other shops and talked with alot of artists. He thanked me for making him wait and getting his tattoo done here. I think he will go nowhere else either. Thanks guys and special thanks to P.L.

Worst shop ive ever been to! First shop ive been to that told me that if my 2yr old son doesnt be quiet i would have to leave! So i have tell me 2yr old son to be quiet and not be happy for you people? And then want to charge me $200 for a simple crown tattoo! Half of the staff are professional and the other half are very rude! I wouldnt recommend this shop to no one even if it was the last tattoo shop on earth. If i can give a negative star itd be -20!

Ive been in here 3 times to talk to someone everytime they are all very unfriendly and just say go check out the books and talk to the artist. I did and the artist could give no care that I was there and was just ya make an appointment. Look Ive got 46 tattoos now from all over the USA and Ive never been treated like that. They cared more about talking to each other than customers the only good thing was the guy at the counter.he was actually nice

This place was a joke. Fine for piercings, but I wouldnt get a tattoo there to save my life. I dont even feel the strength to write an appropriate review since the people there were so ridiculously lazy. I have about twenty or so tattoos, all of which Ive gotten in NY. I just moved to FL and I was looking for a good shop. I wont be going back to this junkyard, thats so damn sure.
