Just bought a mocha frappe here and they gave me a crappy frappe. They are shorthanded so the two girls were struggling to keep up with the orders. When I ordered the girl didnt even ask me for my name to put it on my coffee. She did with others but not mine. So then I am there waiting for my order to be ready and the girl does not do a very good job at calling out the name or name of the order. You could barely hear her because it was so loud in there. I have been to many starbucks here in FL and not once have I had a complaint about how they make my frappes. When I order they always put the cool whip and the chocolate syrup. I dont even ask and they do it. I assume thats how the frappes come. Well this frappe had a one little swirl of cool whip and no chocolate syrup. The coffee was white when it should look like chocolate. It didnt even taste like mocha. It was mostly ice. So I was disappointed with this location. I dont plan on coming to this one again. I just wasted $5 for a crappy mocha frappe. I had to throw it in the trash because it tasted mostly like ice.

For some odd reason this location is horrible! There are a handful of associates worth keeping and one shift manager, the others could go! I was told as a Gold Member that purchasing an Espresso drink does not qualify to get a refill, I have to purchase either a Ice Coffee or Tea to qualify for a Free Refill, then I was told free refills are only good for the first hour you are there. Interesting fact, I travel throughout Hillsborough County to multiple locations and have never been told that, to boot, the Call Center said in so many words, "they are making up rules!" Fact they just do not vaue everyone equally....

2nd time Ive been to this location from my normal location on west Adamo and it was the 2nd time I was displeased. Both times the guy with the long blonde pony tail helped me and he can be quite rude and snotty! My order was messed up both times. Bring a business owner myself, I think it would be wise to reevaluate this employee. I wouldnt go back if it was the last Starbucks open. Im glad my regular location has never given me any grief so I dont hold a grudge against the company. Get rid of the blonde feminine guy that treats customers like they are below him before you lose even more future patrons.

There was 2 people in front of me when I arrived, many came after. My frappes kept getting move back to the end of the line b/c people had "easier" drinks and they were getting made first. I then got mu first drink and the other sat there while he took another order, made it and the finshed mine up. Was not thrilled my frozed drinks sat around for a bit.Took me 20 minutes from order to out the door. The one down 60 in Valrico is way better.

The blonde barista Dev took my order and made me feel extremely comfortable. As someone with terrible anxiety, small events such as ordering food can be horrifying. I made a mistake in my order and got embarrassed but Dev was swift to come in and correct me in a very kind manner. His positive energy and smile sincerely made my day. This location is lucky to have an employee that is kind and social as my barista Dev was today.

This is by far the worst starbucks there is! Unfortunately for me its the closest but I now will make the longer drive to visit a different one. Service is super slow, even when they arent busy and for some reason who ever is in charge of ordering at this location doesnt ever order enough of anything. Everytime Ive been here atleast 1 of the items I try to order is not available. Cant stand this location!

The drive thru was busy but we were patient as the whole area was super busy. (Everyone is christmas crazy in this area) Got to the window & girl apologized for the wait & said my drink was on the house. Waited about 2 more min while she checked on my order & she apologized again, gave me a stamped card for my next drink to be free as well. Worth the wait to get 2 drinks free! Drink tasted awesome!

This Starbucks is very good. Ample outdoor seating area and great staff. It is a BUSY location in the morning, though, even for a Starbucks. Expect a wait. It is tucked away from Brandon Blvd, sandwiched between Chilis and Panda Express, making it tough to get in and out of (there is only one way in to all three restaurants). The place is always clean, though and you know... its a Starbucks.

I live in the area so consider this my home Starbucks. But unfortunately its very inconsistent with there coffee and its taste and how its served like without quality control. I did today have a talk with the Starbucks manager and was very open to making sure this does not happen as well as giving me a free cup of coffee. So stay tuned if things change.

This is my favorite Starbucks as it provides generous seating, is usually quiet, offers WiFi, and is a good place to study as a college student. The coffee did taste burnt last time I had it but that was the first time of the countless times Ive been there. The staff is usually pretty quick about making your coffee and usually does a great job.

Filthy seating area. Does not look like it has been cleaned in a week. Service was very slow. Staff Could not figure out how to split 1 additional shot of coffee between 2 drinks. Wanted to charge us for 2. My god Drink came out good!!! Time in 3pm. Sun

Will never go back to this one they had to fix my order and after waiting so long I drove off. Tried my new drink and ended up throwing it away. I have order the same drink from Starbucks forever and they are the only ones that make it taste so bad.

Very bad at this location, every time I go there they get my order wrong and when I ask for it, pretend like they have never seen me before. Drive down Brandon blvd. a ways to the other Starbucks, they are more busy but have much better service.

I like it. The coffee was great but the hot chocolate was awful! The funny thing was that we got the coffee and the sandwiches free because according to the server my fiance seemed concerned about the food situation LOL. Thank you guys

Just ran into barrista Frankie, transplanted from my former local SB, after ~1 yr of when he saw me he remembered what I order.. WOW, Thanks Frankie at Hwy 60, Valrico store, and to other barristas that kindly listened to us reminisce.

When I dropped and smashed my phone at the drive-thru window , the server was so sweet and give me my coffee for free. Guess he felt I needed a break!! Thanks to the server on the evening of 2/4/17 - you DID make me feel better :-)

Very narrow and little room to sit down. Still a nice place to come if its slow. All baristas are nice and friendly with the exception of Zoraida who looks like she doesnt want to be bothered. Aside from this, its a nice place.
