I would not recommend that anyone have their hair cut at this Ulta location. The entire service took 15 minutes - not enough time to provide a quality, well thought-out hair cut and style. There was no pre-cut consultation whatsoever. In fact, the stylist did not even look at my hair before starting the shampoo. The stylist was very rough and quick and did not seem to pay much attention to the details of cutting hair. She also did no cutting after the blow dry, which is generally helpful in fine tuning the style. The cut and style resembled a similar cut I had in the early 1990s, was very dated and not at all modern. Had the stylist taken the time to consult with me before she began cutting, perhaps I could have communicated my desired style. I suppose this can be expected when one gets a haircut in a salon that is connected to a mall. This was a terrible overall experience and I do not recommend anyone visit this location.

So, the store itself is great, all kinds of goodies in one place. Hair, makeup, salon. Yay! Ive been in Orlando for a few years and have had bad haircut after bad haircut, so much so to the point that Ive come to expect it. Well this was my second time to the salon, and the first time I went to someone else but I enjoyed the time they took to cut my hair (even if it looked funky afterwards) so I went back. This time I went to Josie, and I will definitely be making my appts with her in the future. She really had a good talk with me before we started about what I was thinking, and she gave her recommendations, which turned out to be spot on. She spent a lot of time cutting my hair to get it just right, and then showed me how to style it. She also did my eyebrows, which look great, and was not super painful. She was able to give me a recommendation on some styling equipment that I was looking into. I highly recommend her!

I want to thank the manager at this location. My husband made a purchase to surprise me, but didnt keep the receipt. The foundation was way too yellow, so I went to exchange it. A very rude associate kept telling me "Theres nothing we can do". I politely asked to speak to a manager, and she gracefully accepted the return. The first associate had extreme attitude and kept shooting me dirty looks. The manager, shorter girl with glasses and brown hair, was a true professional. I extremely appreciate her help. My family has now been instructed to buy me giftcards!

Called ahead and made an appointment for a wedding hair and makeup consultation. When I got there they said the stylist was running late, which wasnt a big deal... Until I realized he was just chatting with a client that had "taken longer than expected." They had no record that I made an appointment for a makeup consultation, so I was told they could probably find someone to do it. I waited an hour for someone to see me and finally walked out when I still hadnt received any service. Wasnt going to risk it on my wedding day! Disappointing!

I thought that as they are a chain they should have set standards on the hairstylist they hire so I gave them a shot at a simple hair cut. I showed the girl a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she butchered my hair. It was soo short and looked NOTHING like the picture. If they cant even handle a simple hair cut, I defiantly will not let them try color on my head. Will not come back here unless I need to buy hair products, not getting my hair done,

I absolutely love my hair!!! I went to the Salon at Ulta last week and Andrea was my stylist. I went in wanting something different and not only did she consult me into a new haircut that was good for my facial features but she changed my hair color suit to the fall seasons. She was such a sweetheart and really listened to what I wanted. She was freakin amazing and I reccomend her to everyone!! Thank you again Andrea!!

Ive been on hold a total of 17 minutes so far.. 3 calls total. An employee, Alisha, keeps picking up the phone and hanging up on me. Not to mention her MAJOR attitude. Basically my first experience shopping with them, and Im not impressed. The Sandford store wouldnt even help me find a hair product to help repair my hair. So lazy.

The nicest/cleanest Ulta I have been in! They have testers for most of the drugstore makeup out and the drugstore makeup section is the cleanest I have ever seen at an Ulta. They even have like everything in stock, which is great. I wish I lived closer to this Ulta, its in waaay better condition than the one by my house!

I have never had a bad experience at this store and everyone is super helpful, especially Stacey. The employees are nice and always greet me. The store is clean and organized. I never have a problem finding product that I need, unless it is sold online only. This store is definitely one of my favorites!

The store is well stocked but can be a little confusing to navigate. Itd be nicer if they had 1-2 more people on the floor to help customers find/test things but other than that its a pretty decent location.
