At approximately 10:05am I entered into the hair supply store with a goal of purchasing a hair gel (They opened at 10 AM). There was an older woman and a young man behind the counter when I came in. I took 20 minutes to research and compare ingredients on my smart phone and just as I was finishing up the woman asked me what I was doing. I told her I was researching the hair gel. In an angry tone she told me I could do that outside and that theyd been waiting on me for 20 minutes and that they could not get work done while I was in the store(which I didnt understand because the store was open for business and there was 2 of them there) then she once again told (not asked) me to go outside. I was in disbelief so I asked her very calmly Are you asking me to leave the store for researching products on my phone? She again said to outside. So I informed her that this was poor customer service and that I would never be back.

Way over priced youll prob spend $5 on a comb here the owners have a great way of watching you if your a minority ! Its a shame that they will watch you like a hawk once your in their establishment . What they need to do is watch all the old products that they offer customers and get new trendy items . do your self a favor and see the nearest urban store close to altamonte which is in Eatonville ! Your welcome !

If I could give 0 starts I would! The worst service ever! These people sell with fear! They eye everyone as if they are going to shoplift and you feel rushed to make a decision. Very unpleasant place to shop. You cant shop in peace and take your time to compare products or make a decision before you purchase. Never shopping from here again!

I live in this area and i wouldnt buy hair here if my life depends on it. I drive to Orlando to the hair stores because ebony is rude and they make you feel unwelcome by always watching like someone is going to rob them or steal from them. The hair selection sucks

Rude people here..always watching me when browsing products..Always trying to rush people out their store instead of trying to help their customers. .I rather drive all the way to alafaya trl to purchase my hair products

Overpriced items..Asian woman with glasses behind desk does stare at you like youre trying to steal....I will never give them business again and items are overpriced.

Overpriced items, minimal variety & extremely poor customer service. If you live in Casselberry or Altamonte dont waste your time here. Take the drive to Abradels.

i love this place, it has unbeatable prices on hair extensions and i found the couple working there to be very personable and friendly.
