:a couple nights ago a current employee of this Walgreens location (the shift leader) at the one near the Walmart approached a customer as this customer exited the store and accused the customer of stealing a dress. Customer did not have any items in her purse. I thought maybe she attempted to do some thieving and i left thinking whatever. Went back tonight with a friend who wanted to send money through Western Union and the same employee was there whom would not assist my friend and also came outside to tell me I couldnt Park where I was and I moved no big deal. I parked in a parking spot. But I also observed in the liquor store next door the employee there was standing at the door with his arms crossed just staring at me and looking over to the other store or the other employee was. Im not sure why they feel like they need to treat people so rudely. Maybe they feel they have authority in their position to behave in this manner. Definitely not a way to do business. Horrible customer service. I gave them no grief and neither did my friends so really really bad business people. I would never hire them. This is the first time that I have ever seen employees at this location behave in this manner. I have no problem contacting corporate to inform them. I took my friend up the road to the next Walgreens he had no problems with anyone and he was able to send his money through the Western Union that he needed help doing. The Walgreens past Watson Road is very friendly and very helpful

On the mainland, everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly, and is professional as well. The store is always clean including the loo/bano/w.c..Everyone has a positive vibe which is appreciated. Customer service is a model here for other businesses to learn from. I actually enjoy shopping here and if you have their customer card (free), the Sales are sweet. Keep up the amazing work!Thank you

My experience with Walgreens Pharmacy today prompted me to write this scathing review. More often than not, Walgreens offers average to above-average service - however, this location crossed me for the last time today. The pharmacy tech I spoke with on the telephone left me on hold for 15 minutes, forgot about my call, and blamed me for the miscommunication. Im now a CVS customer by default.

After asking the pharmacy to transfer a script I was asked to wait 2 hours. After 3 hour I was told that I never spoke to them. They lady that I spoke to was rude. She made me feel like I was ignorant. She also asked me to call back tomorrow for help. The other associates I spoke to were a little better. Ever person that reads this post. Please find a new pharmacy.

I ended up leaving something in the bathroom and policy states that any items that a worker find laying around the stores are to go directly to the lost and found. The manager of all people saw the item that I accidentally left there and decided to leave it there. Now thanks to him it has been stolen

I was on my way on vacation and its the only walgreens near my job . I always fill at a walgreens closer to my house but this time it just wasnt an option. The staff was very very rude . And tried to send me to the walgreens 30 miles away. Ridiculous that walgreens would rather me go to cvs

Dropped off a prescription 3 hours ago & they didnt even fill it. Will never come to Walgreens for another prescription. Publix has way better service & faster!
