This store has the worst Customer Service. You would expect great Customer Service starting from the manager to cashiers. Nope, the Manager is absolutely rude and no education whatsoever. Her name is Angela Zajack by the way, as i was standing in line waiting to make a return i could see her giving me mean looks. Even the Customers she was checking out noticed. As an Ulta employee myself i am disgusted by her attitude. Im so glad i dont get to deal with people like her at work. Everyone i work with has exceptional and professional work values. Then the assistant manager said she could help me next and i was so glad because i didnt wanted to deal with Angela. Everything was going smoothly until Angela heard that the assistant manager asked me what store i worked at, and Angela opened her rude mouth in front of customers and said that i wasnt allowed to return any item in any Ulta stores, but the one i work at. That I was breaking "Company" policy for them. I have done a few other returns in that same store (Orange City) and this is the first time a manager has said that to me. Of course I did tell her that and all of a sudden she got extremely upset. Mind you she had Customers waiting for their money back, but she was more busy trying to argue with me. I have never heard in my entire life, about a company never accepting returns from an employee from another store. I asked the assistant manager if she knew about that policy, and of course she was actually shocked and didnt know what to say. Of course, later on she was stuttering and saying is "Company" policy and that my returned needed to be cancelled after everything was done. I went on to tell her AGAIN, "this is the first time i have heard a manager said that to me". Smh. There and then she decided to do it and she said that next time they wont. Wow. No wonder theres a few other people complaining about this lady here. No one deserves to be treated that way, specially Customers that go to that store to spend money on products. She is a very unhappy person and shouldnt be working for Ulta.

I went last Monday to buy ABH products. When I walk in there is no friendly welcome whatsoever. I am looking for the ABH products where I remember last seeing but they were replaced by the benefit brow products, I dont know why they would do that because theyre not as popular as ABH. Anyways none of the employees offered me help as I was searching for these products. There was one employee there who was working with a customer but didnt even bother asking if I needed help when she was done with her. I then decided to go to the front to ask (cashier there was Angela) and she tells me that the ABH products are currently unavailable. At this point Im just like??? How are you not going to have these? I then proceed to keep looking because I was not going to leave without buying what I wanted. I saw another employee and approached her and asked her where they were located and she was able to show me. I see the same employee from before and she was helping another customer and at this point Im just shook because she didnt offer me any help when I was searching for the same exact brand. Customer service is horrible. Employees seem to be favorable based on your appearance. I wouldnt suggest shopping here unless their customer service improves.

Horrible customer service. A girl named Celina was so rude to me. I was walking around several min and no one was available so I saw her behind the counter fixing merchandise or whatever she was doing which is fine I get it they have stuff to do, but she seemed bothered when I asked for her help with a product. She grabbed the product quickly put it in my hand and walked away quickly. I couldnt even get another word out before she left because I needed help being matched with a foundation also. I had to ask for her assistance again which you can tell she really didnt want to help either. I had to check out with her and instead of saying may I please have your number she said "Im going to need a phone number" and pretty rude. She gave me my total and I handed her my 20% coupon, I got a look for that too! I left as quickly as I could. I later decided I wanted to switch my unopened foundation for a darker shade and drove 30 min to Sanford and recieved the best customer service. I cant go to the Ulta around the corner from my house anymore I need to drive 2 towns over. Ive been a beauty rewards member for about 4 years now Ive always loved Ulta Loyal Customers dont deserve to be treated this way.

I am very disappointed in the manager Angela Zajack at the Orange City location. I am a Cosmetology Instructor and I brought my makeup class in to hopefully receive good customer service and give them an example of a professional atmosphere. Unfortunately we received far from that. She was very rude and extremely unwelcoming. We walked in and the first words that were spoken to us were, "I need you all to not stand in the isle and block our customers from shopping". Not even a good morning, or a thank you for coming to Ulta. Although, all the other customers who entered the store were greeted by her. Are we not customers? My students attitude changed immediately, they went in excited to buy new products to try. That changed very quickly, they felt attacked. Sadly, most of them left empty handed because they didnt not want to give her their business. They mentioned they would gladly go to another store to purchase. Sorry, but Ulta in Orange City will be losing our business then and here on out. It sad she didnt see the opportunity she had in front of her. Nine future cosmetologist, that are eager to learn and eager to try new things.

This was my very first visit to this location. I was not happy with the manager Angela Zajack. The moment my makeup class walked in, we were not greeted. Instead we felt attacked by the associate manager who stated that she wants us not to block her customers from shopping. Little did she know, even though we were students, we were there to buy makeup products. If I was not with my class i would have just walked out, but instead other students and myself did not buy anything. Our instructor saw we were not happy and spoke with the manager to find out why she was rude to us. She stated she was having a bad day. Its sad that one of the regular workers came to us to apologize and let us know that Angela is rude to everyone. She should not be the face of this company if future cosnetologist are going to be disrespected.

The staff is very rude and unappreciated for ones patronage. The teenagers that work in this store seem to have a need to talk and text more than work and assist. The manager an older woman with blonde hair is very rude when and if you turn down her offer for a club card. I wont be returning. This review is based off my first and last visit. I am a loyal customer to Sephora but it is nice to try new places alas this was a disappointment and a stressful service situation. The product choice is large with a salon towards the back of the store yet the newer more trendy products dont seem to be sold here which is confusing because this is a very new location.
