Very disappointed, took my machine in to them February 22, 2017 this is April 12th 2017. Every time I called they had to order a part. Then they said, it was fixed, then I get a call and its not fixed have to order a part. I call again and they put me on hold, so while I am on hold I call the main store and let them listen to the Wilmington store talk about road blocks and heavy traffic and the door bell open and close for 23 minutes. So while I am listening to the main store call them they decide to pickup the phone. I then let them know that I want my machine back. So I get the email that my machine was never worked on. Thanks Bunny for lying and saying it was worked one. Bigger lies came from Rick oh thanks Allen for being sweet and saying that you are sorry for Rick putting me on hold by lying the phone down and me listen to him talk the whole time about his troubles with the traffic. I would not recommend them for service or sales. Other than Allen, what happened to honest people?

I let them work on my vintage singer featherweight and they put a sticker on the front advertizing their business and reminding me to get service in a year. I peeled it off as soon as I got home, but it was much too late. It pulled some of the black paint off of the machine, which is permanent damage to the appearance and value. I will not be selling my moms machine, but I will be sad every time I use it.

Nice store, pleasant employees. I took my vacuum for a repair, a store bought, bagless upright. The technician wanted to charge $90 to pop on a new roller, that he said would cost an additional $30-40. He gave me helpful advice, but, I just bought the part for $11 and popped it on myself. I would return to consider making a purchase, but not a repair.

This is the spot if youre looking for a quality product and great service. After shopping all around Wilmington for a sewing machine I came here last. Ric was great! He spent time explaining everything to me in a no-pressure environment. Eventually I purchased a used machine that came with a 1yr warranty, 1yr trade-up, and two free sewing lessons.

I was looking online for vacumm bags I called several places,Steve vac is robbery his bags was 25 For 6, wow stony brook sew was 16 dollars for 6.. you do the math.
