This is a vastly different experience than I have had at this store. I am there at least once a week and have always found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and courteous. On one of the days that I was there , they were very busy and I needed help choosing a great deal of fabric. Susan suggested I come back and even suggested a time that I would have someones undivided attention and I did. I have finished one class and am in the middle of taking one that we have already had 4 sessions and have that many more. Everyone has been wonderfully supportive. I took another one day class with a totally different group of people and we also had a great time. The coffee is always on and there is always someone there to listen or help. I am so sorry that you had such a different experience than I have had on my many visits. I encourage all of you to check out this wonderful shop that is neat, clean and has wonderful sales help and teachers!

I had great hopes for this new quilt shop. While the shop is very pretty and they do have some nice fabric, I will not be returning there. I visited the shop twice and both times I was ignored totally by staff until I actually went to the cash register to buy something. It seems they were always too busy chatting with friends who were visiting to bother with other customers. So very sorry.

20 year quilter and previous shop owner , new to area excited to take 30 min drive to visit on Saturday.. brought my hubby along... nice store but neither staff member welcomed, spoke, acknowledged us as we walked around the store for over 20 minutes....
