Do not go anywhere else for repairs!!!! Not only is the staff the nicest and friendliest in town, but the most knowledgeable. I own three 1961 Singer sewing machines and they keep them all in excellent running condition. They also have a wonderful supply of beautiful 100% cotton novelty fabrics that are just jaw-dropping. I love this store, and highly recommend it to anyone for not just sewing, but vacuum cleaner repairs, parts and service.

Its not that often you find a family owned sew and vac store whove been in business for years that sincerely cares about their customers satisfaction and resolving any issues quickly. My experience with purchasing a Janome 8900 sewing machine from Pocono Sew & Vac has been outstanding and I highly recommend them. If you are in their area (or online), please pay them a visit. Stroudsburg, PA, has one gem of a store.

The BEST sewing store in the tri state region - HUGE selection of sewing machines and very knowledgeable staff. They give you a complimentary class when you buy a machine - and many more classes on different types of sewing. Prices are good - only quality stuff sold. So glad theyre close by to where I live (although Id easily drive 50+ miles to get to them!)

They are so helpful and knowledgeable, I have learned so many things from taking their classes, "Block of the Month", quilting, embroidery. Ive been going here for years to buy my sewing machines. Every time Im there, I get one on one service, but only when Im ready for it. They are never too over-bearing or in your face. They give you space, but are always available when needed. Im so happy they have their original location back after the fire.

Best service and support ever! Everyone here is so helpful and honest!!! They have a great selection of machines and their classes are great. The teachers are fantastic, especially Marilyn! I have serviced my sewing machine, multi needle embroidery machine and vacuum here and I couldnt be happier.
