I called to inquire about an alteration. The man who answered was very rude--"well we are very busy I dont know when we could have it by" and then the seamstress was put on the phone who also, was very rude-- "when do you need it by...well you would have to try it on, i cant just guess at what needs to be done/where things need to go" OK...of course I would try my dress on, why would I assume that you would just guess? I wish I could also express the tone of voice this was said to me in. I am sorry but if you are not going to be friendly even over the phone then why would I take my business here? Maybe they do provide good seamstress services but Id rather not go downtown Scranton to someone who is rude when I can go to a number of other *friendly* places. Thanks but no thanks.
