They dont even deserve one star! I went in there and spoke with a manager about bringing in a few 2 carat emerald cut diamonds to see, he told me he would have them in store in 5 days. I went back 5 days later, he never did it. So I went to New York to buy a diamond. But I went back to Jared to see if they could custom make a setting. They said yes, and said the whole process would take 6-8 weeks and I said ok. 2 weeks later they call me into the store to see the CAD imaging they came up with. It looked nothing like what I showed them and they told me they couldnt do specific things I had asked for after waiting 2 weeks already. So I canceled my order and they told me it would be 2 business days before they would have my diamond back. I am now on day 7 since I canceled my order and they still dont seem to know where my diamond is!!!!!!!! They told me it "should" be in tomorrow.

Please do not buy your jewelry here. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring here it was beautiful and I loved it not even two months of having it the diamond popped off it was insured so we didnt think much of it till he called me saying Its going to be a MONTH till I get the ring back.This place has been nothing but a problem and I am to the point I wish I can return it and go some where else! Dont buy here!!!!!!!!!!!!
