Worst expierience of my life. This company does not care about their customers at all. They double the price of their inventory, and when they are in the wrong, try to make you feel better by cutting the (already doubled) price. The customer service was appauling and I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my lifetime, let alone a company with competition in every possible direction. I should have known when every time I visited the store I was the only one there...because they are theives and liars. DO NOT trust them with your valuable jewelery or your valuable, hard earned money, because when they make a huge, horrible mistake, they simply say, "then dont do business here". I wont, and niether should you. They even told me my jewelery was essentially "junk" to them...funny...the piece they were referring to was PURCHACED FROM THEM LESS THEN 3 MONTHS PRIOR...that happened to be the only thing they were honest about.

I have been going to Hannoush/Harstans Jewelers since 2005 and specifically have dealt with Jordan from the beginning. As the manager Jordan is very professional, courteous, and cares about her customers. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we get what we want. They have made custom pieces for us & made sure we were happy with what we purchased. As for price, I have compared to many other stores & online retailers & no one has given me a better price. They also stand behind their jewelry, the few issues I have had they have replaced or repaired at no charge.

Its a nice little small business jewelry store. They have a high degree of honesty and integrity an it shows. I bought my wife some jewelry here and throughout had several issues; all over which were handled professionally and friendly. I would shop here again.

There IS NO BETTER JEWELER in the AREA.BUT it HAS to be in Wallingford, CT because the Manager, Chris is BEYOND awesome!! BEYOND customer service oriented and beyond amazing!! So is everyone else there but he takes the cake!! He is one in a million!!!

This store has merged with the Meriden Hannoush Jewelers and has now re-opened as "Hannoush Jewelers" in their brand new location located at 893 North Colony Road, Wallingford, Connecticut! Hours are M-F 10-8; Sat 10-5 and open Sun 12-4.
