I went to Sir Speedy to fax important documents and they charged me $5 to fax these documents but the fax machine that I was faxing it was busy. I got tired of waiting for the fax to go through and asked for my money back, which they refused to do so. They explained to me that they provided there service and wasnt there fault that the fax didnt go through. I didnt even want to bother staring a disagreement over five bucks so I walk out. Extremely poor customer service. Also, would like to add the person behind the counter that was helping me was wearing see through spandex that I found very inappropriate and bad taste.

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Sir Speedy on signage and handouts for a trade show that I attended last week. From start to finish the process went very smoothly, and the customer service team was extremely helpful and attentive when needed. I will definitely be using Sir Speedy again, and would highly recommend for any printing/graphics projects.

The business is run like a "mom & pop limited creativity /skills . If you have a mac and skills you will probably end up with a better work product and not be grossly overcharged with mediocre work . Quick turnaround not the place my suggestion would be to go in and do a meet and greet. Rapid Press is pretty good and Alpha graphics. Reasonable pricing.

These guys are great. Very personable and always reasonable pricing. I use them for graphic design as well as CD insert labels. The turn-around is always fast and the attention to detail excellent. Highly recommended!
