Worst service! I went to this location to make a CD out of my documents from the City of Stamford. The old lady was unfriendly when I walked in. I told her I wanted to make a CD out of my documents. At first, she said there is no one to do it. Leave it here because it takes long time. I asked her whether she could do it. She said she is busy. She told me a lie because a gentleman from Ridge Wood, Stamford location did it within 5 minutes a month ago. I told her, a staff of Ridge Wood, Stamford location, did it less than 5 minutes. She said we dont do it here. So I walked out! I actually went to Ridge Wood Stamford location at first. The lady there was nice, but she said the burner is out of order. Thats the reason, I came to FedEx office at Connecticut Ave, Norwalk, CT. I had to submit this CD to the City of Stamford this morning so I can go to work on time. Because of her attitude, I had to take off my job for today. Services at this location need to be improved. We all want a good customer service. I have been a long time customer of FedEx. Even a small thing when it comes to paper or printing, or fax, or internet, I always come to FedEx. Now I feel that I have to make a small office at my home with all the services!

Its your typically fedex for the most part. It had everything I needed, but I ran into difficulty filling out some shipping paperwork. The lady that helped me was very helpful (unfortunately her name tag was covered) and Argie, who packed my boxes, was great too. Raven on the other hand had an attitude. She was not the most pleasant to try to get info from. Stay away from her and youll have a good fedex experience.

Daisy was VERY helpful with my 8.5x11 full bleed solution. Unfortunately, my PDF and tge printer they used werent getting along and my proof had blue ghosting which made the document useless. Everything else going out seemed to be top notch though...
