FastSigns of Stamford, Connecticut came to my rescue recently when I needed specialized printing of 4 HUGE posters/signs (5 foot and 12 foot) for a very high level meeting. Being halfway across the country, I took a chance. Not only did they come through with the printing AND delivery AND setup in the meeting room, from the first phone call inquiry, I received excellent personal consultative service with suggestions on my printings and the special order mounting boards. The staff at FastSigns in Stamford provided a detailed description of the service and outcome before I even placed the order. Their willingness to deliver and then go the extra mile to set up the larger signs in the meeting room with a fairly short lead time was unexpected and lifted a lot of stress from my shoulders. From the first phone call all the way to the pictures of what the signs looked like set up in the meeting room (yes, they sent me pictures!), I was confident in their assistance, in the product quality, delivery and pricing. AND, they were so wonderful to work with on the phone....I knew they were concerned about outcome just as much as I was. Keith and his staff receive 10 stars from me on a 5 star scale!!

When we settled on a design they confirmed everything in writing and with the artwork positioned in various locations so we could make an informed decision as to where to place them.
